    First defective unit water leaking .. second defective unit didn’t make ice not did it dispense water. Terrible experience

    I really liked this fridge until ice started forming on bottom freezer compartment. Had several service calls and never fixed and of course now out of warranty

    I bought my first LG fridge about 12 years ago and it was the best fridge purchase I have ever made. It never needed service and performed wonderfully. I recently bought a Whirlpool fridge that makes vibration noise when not situated right. The fridge literally had to be positioned "just right" so it wouldn't make noise. We had service out 3 times to address it and every time they gave us a nonsense answer about why it make the noise when running. I sold it on Craigslist and went a got this LG. Put it in and it was silent and functional without a single bit of problem. I should have bought the LG in the first place.
