We read a lot of customer reviews and a lot of product reviews done by various companies and found the most positive comments about LG. Even though we've had the fridge for a short while, it's working great and can't say enough about the capacity size and ease of accessing all our food. Terrific design and looks great!

Changed from the French door to a side by side refrigerator. So far, I love the side by side. Items do not get lost in the bottom of the freezer. New to purchasing LG brand and so far, I like the space and features. I’m just hoping I have better luck with the ice maker than the last Maytag refrigerator.

I like the the way it looks and the usable storage.

It's a BIG white side by side refrigerator and it gets the job DONE! This box uses space wisely. Shelves are so easy to access and come out easily for cleaning. We haven't connected the ice maker yet, as the unit is sitting in our garage as a second refrigerator. Simple design, clean lines and no hassles. Love it!

The new fridge works wonderful, is quiet and easy to work with once we found the best arrangement for the shelves. The only thing negative I would mention is the water dispenser could have been made a little more user friendly. A glass can slip off the operating switch.And the glass should be a bit farther under the dispenser outlet

This refrigerator is a great unit. Some people shy away from the outlet product because of the scratches and dents but there are some great products. I got one of the best ones. The space inside is great and the freezer space is just as roomy. I even hooked it up myself.

Although the refrigerator I purchased wasn't the refrigerator that was delivered; my wife and I decided to keep it because we had everything out of our old refrigerator and the old one was out of the house. If we were contacted and told the model we ordered was no longer available with the door in door feature; we would have selected another brand that had the door in door feature. I felt we had to take this refrigerator because we had to wait for it to come in and all our refrigerated food was on ice in coolers. The sales department took off $100. I felt that it should have been $250 for the inconvenience I went though.

We got a great price on this refrigerator. It works great. I only wish it had a deli drawer and more lights, but for the price it's great.

This refrigerator has it all!! The capacity is great,the freezer is large and convenient,the ice maker does not take up a lot of space,the glide shelves accomodate large platters,the crispers are deep and the meat and cheese keeper is wonderful. This is the best refrigerator we have ever purchased."

This fridge is quiet! I very rarely hear the ice drop. The only time I heard it is when the container was empty and that wasn’t very loud. The fridge doesn’t feel light and flimsy when opening. This fridge is great other than the delivery people put the doors on and they are not even.

It is a replacement for my 5 years old fridge. It was not cold for some reason. And bought this one. Seems good working so far. And I have extra protection by Geek Squad. Hopefully it is good till then.

This is my second review of this product. The water dispenser did not work while the ice maker did. After a few weeks of messing with the filter and the water line the water dispenser finally started to work. That was the only concern I had, so I have no issues with this refrigerator.

This refrigerator is a fantastic purchase! I replaced a fridge that was too warm. I bought this fridge because of the space and reviews regarding coldness. This fridge does not disappoint! So far it is quiet reliable well lit and keep the food fresh. So far very satisfied.

Lots of space. Love in the-door ice maker. Only 1 drawback for me - the outside is not magnetic - no hanging the kid's pictures on the fridge... Overall great product

Great fridge, the water dispenser is a little annoying though, it's low pressure. But over all it keeps my food at my desired temperature. Beautiful look as well

Great space inside fridge. Freezer space is good, also. Only "negative" so far - when we wipe the front of the fridge it gives off a metal smell.

Very nice fridge with lots of space. We love the water and ice option. But I wish the water dispenser was deeper to avoid splashing. Overall is a great fridge

We have tried the French door style refrigerator made by another company and decided we did not like it. So we decided that in our new home we would purchase a side by side, and bought this LG side by side refrigerator. It is fantastic. Plenty of room, great ice, and beautiful to look at.

Fridge works well and looks nice. Well lit when the doors open. Noisier than what I had before, was a little disappointed in that.

The LG was good until it completely stopped cooling after 14 months! We had purchased an extended 3-year warranty from Geek Squad. After several repair appointments, many delayed, to replace the heat exchanger and compressor it was determined that it could not be repaired due to a part that was no longer available. This took three and one-half months during which 'on hold' calls sometimes over two hours each only to be put off. In desperation, visited the store to meet with the manager who was able to expedite service. When we were finally granted an appliance replacement option the stock in our price range was not available and offered a selection from their online source - which would not be available for another three months. The refrigerator we wanted, a Whirlpool which was on display, was no longer available. We were told we could not have the floor model. We did find the same model available at Home Depot. After further consideration the thought of being without a refrigerator for another three months was not acceptable. We contacted the manager to request a refund. In response, they offered the floor model, which we accepted. In afterthought, a refund would have been the best choice in order to purchase from Home Depot, and to not ever again deal with Geek Squad!
