Top notch refrigerator! Apart from delivery issues, bestbuy went above and beyond to deliver the product.

Needed a new fridge for a long time. This works great, huge, lots of storage... we ordered online so didnt know everything about it. The water dispenser is a little odd... but works great.

This is the second refrigerator I received from Best Buy. The first one made so much noise I could not stand to be in the kitchen or the room next to the kitchen. Best Buy replaced the refrigerator and the this one works great (no noise).

. LG is an excellent brand when it comes to fridges. we are extremely satisfied with this product.

It does everything we need it to. I like the depth - we have no problem fitting all that we need. My old one was really terrible so I might be biased, but I am very happy with the purchase.

I have this unit for 1.5 years now and my biggest compliant is the ice maker. Everything else has been great but ice maker. So far i have to contact LG 6 times and one call was made yesterday. The ice maker issues are just keep coming back. My first repair took the tech 3 visits and they had to replaced the whole door when i had the unite for 6 months. If you need ice in your house all the time, this is not a right unit for you. to be fair, LG's customer service is pretty good however after their warranty expired. Good luck!

Love this fridge. It's big and the led lighting makes it look nicer inside. The ice on the door gives u more room in the freezer. Only down fall is the bottom drawer in the fridge. It doesn't close correctly. Over all a great fridge.

The LG is large and spacious and keeps things very cold! We like it.

i loved the fridge...but it turned out that it stuck out too far and i couldnt open my dishwasher all the way... But Best Buy was awesome and switched it out for a counter depth one.

We have been happy with this basic, but roomy fridge freezer since we bought it in 2017 ... until the temperature in the freezer started creeping up, and the goods inside started thawing. Resetting and cleaning did not help. Both fridge and freezer are now running at above freezing point. The part that really annoys me is, that the fridge does not raise a temperature alarm, and the smart diagnostics says everything is hunky dory, With repair options limited by COVID 19, I have looked around, and apparently there is an issue with the compressor design of these LG fridges, which causes trouble after about three years. So beware.

This is the largest fridge we i have every buy, have lots of room for Thanks Giving and Christmas left overs, no issue with this product also very good on electricity.

Only thing is trying to regulate the temp. It runs colder than what temp is set at. .

I am very pleased with the LG side-by-side fridge. The reps at the store were very helpful.

Interior space well designed. Cools down quickly. The water filter is conveniently placed and easy to install or remove. The compressor motor is very quiet and runs with great efficiency.

Reliable fridge that keeps food cold and frozen food frozen. Would recommend this model to anyone looking for a great quality side-by-side fridge!

I greatly enjoy my new 2 door refrigerator, everything is right at hand to place in its own special spots. Food is kept at proper temperature. We are so happy with our new LG refrigerator. It is GREAT
