The fridge word great. I have not had any problems. Delivery and customer service after the is HORRIBLE!! Took 3 weeks to get a replacement fridge after the first that was delivered came defective. Great fridge but you may want to go somewhere else to purchase if you want it faster and not defective.

We love this refigerator, a lot the room. Now we buy it for our daughter

I really like that the ice dispenser is on the door of the freezer. Works great, my only complaint would be that it's not completely clear where the water dispenses.. We have had a few guests think that the water comes out of the same area as the ice and end up with water all over the floor. This has been more entertaining than annoying so I'm sticking with 5 stars.

The reason for our purchase was the amount of space for everyday items. The large trays in the door work great for milk and 2lt soda bottles, this provides plenty of room for on the shelves for our food storage. Love the water and ice dispenser work great for the kids sports bottles. The ice storage is a bit small but makes ice at a rate that works well for use.

Love this Fridge. Does a great job freezing and keeping items cold. Put something in the freezer and it's frozen within an hour. Lots of space and plenty of shelves to move around the way I see fit. Has large area for getting ice so even the big glasses fit and the water dispenser is conveniently on the top outside where water bottles can be easily filled.

So far hit is working fine, We like the inside. It has lot of space.

Has a great amount of storage, perfect for a family with 3 children

Love the capacity of the refrig and keeping the stainless steel clean from fingerprints is much easier than my previous GE profile one. Please look at the water and ice dispenser before purchasing. Never have seen one like this and if I had to do it over again I would not have purchased this style. All in all I do like this refrig.

The ice maker stopped working after 5 months. We purchased the extended warranty and the assistance of the Geek Squad and that was terrible. Took forever to get a repair technician out and then couldn't access a proof of purchase online to give the repair technician. I called the Geek Squad and they were NO help. Twenty minutes after speaking to a young lady that didn't understand any of my questions I just hung up. This is the last time I'll purchase any large ticket items through Best Buy...very disappointed and frustrated!

I purchased the floor model, so there were a few dents when purchased. The performance of the item is wonderful. I especially like the LED lighting. It's a softer look when the door is open. And I love the tall opening for the ice dispenser for ice. The water spout is in an odd location, coming out the front. But it's ok.

Very nice, functional, spacious drawers and quiet.

Refrigerator compressor went out. Only had frig for 10 months.

Work good for 3 years, then compressor failed, went thru LG to have it fix under warranty. first appointment five minutes to say yep it broken. LG approved repair in 4 days next appointment another 4 days later cancelled by someone LG does not know who but they reschudled for a day no one will be home, how convenient. So it's been 2 week with no fridge and LG thinks this is service. Find a brand that is built to last, for the money 3 years is a bad investment.

Refrigerator is magnificent. Keeps everything cold. Nice to have a cold drink when I get home. Stainless Steel front looks great with any color appliances. Had a Samsung before and only lasted three years. Had paid to repair twice in last year for $700. So far this one has met all my expectations.

We must have gotten a very defective because the refrigerator began having cooling issues less than 1 year. To make matter's worse it was during the holidays and all of our food went to waste. it seems this specific model has lots of compressor issues.

I love the design of the refrigerator with room for tall glasses when filling with ice or water. I shopped for a French Door Model but when we saw the LG Side by Side, we were sold. And we especially like the 26.2 cubic ft. size.

The Fridge holds a perfect temperature. Cleans easy and has a lot of room in it. Only thing I would change is the water flow. It comes out a little too slow for filling up a water bottle. Overall an excellent product for the money. The geeks that delivered it were Top Notch.
