There is a known issue with the sealed system. Repairs have been a disaster. Had to purchase another unit until this can be repaired. Very disappointed

Alot of repairs

Waiting on a door and it has been 2 months since we heard anything. Paid alot of money for a supposedly great fridge. I even asked for a replacement and I was told my warranty runs out in 2020 to. Keep getting the repairs done.

I was able to speak with a representative on the delivery day but now cannot reach anyone. They said we could get credit or a replacement. Now., NOBODY will take my calls. All morning long! Big mistake buying from Best Buy!!!

This one was junk. First one arrived and the water did not work and it just made loud clunking noises. Second one came in and the icemaker did not work.. Sent it back and got a Samsung instead

My Freezer/Fridge stopped working about 3 years after I purchased new from Best Buy. Would never buy LG appliances again. They should stick to TV's.
