    Just terrible

    Our fridge stopped working less than three years after we bought it. It took three weeks for LG to have it inspected. LG wants to replace the compressor but could not estimate how long it would take to order the part and find someone to install it. They could not guarantee it wouldn't take another month. LG refuses to reimburse or replace and offered $150 for our inconvenience. We will never but another thing from them.

    Ice maker sucks

    Do not buy an LG refrigerator unless you want to replace the ice maker every year or two. LG will not admit it but the repair guy basically did,the ice makers are defective.

    LG refrigerator, the nightmare continues!

    LG, what happened? The LSXS26326S is junk. In less than 3yrs, 3 times it has randomly stopped being cold ruining the food it contained. Previously on memorial day weekend, this time during a pandemic when getting food is very difficult. Multiple Geeksquad service calls, various parts replaced "in case", no real root cause besides the unit is faulty. Frustrated and disappointed LG, your products used to be great.

    Class Action Lawsuit against LG

    There is a class action lawsuit out on LG for their faulty compressors. Google it. Hit 3 years and the compressor failed on ours. (Compressor is under a 5 year warranty from the manufacturer) Lost all our food/frozen foods. LG came out and replaced the compressor. The new one is under 90 day warranty. Hope it works.

    disposable refrigerator

    4 1/2 years and it's stopped working. What kind of appliance costs over $1000 and doesn't even last 5 years. Unbelievable! I noticed all the other reviews were written when they got them. Poor quality parts obviously were designed by LG. So disappointed.

    Didn't last long

    Bought this refrigerator in March of 2016. September 2017, the fan motor dies. LG offered a very expensive $600 flat fee visit and 2 year warranty. One would think a fan would last a bit longer than 1.5 years. A local tech could not easily find a replacement part. Will not be buying LG products in the future.

    Ice maker broke 18m in

    I felt I owed it to the greater public to tell everyone that the ice maker on this fridge broke (actually the heating element for the water line failed) after 18 months. This required a new door, costing me $800 in service and parts. Given the cost of the fridge, we are going to replace. Outside of that, the space is good.

    Bad service of LG

    I reported LG refrigerator broken under 5 years parts warranty in Oct. 11 2014. My refrigerator still won't work after 16 days waiting parts arriving , technicians repaire and we paid labor fee. The technician told me parts sent by manufacture is bad. I'm waiting 2nd parts back order so far. I call LG Services Center (1-800-243-0000 ) a lot, always told me need waiting 3-5 days or call me back but never got resolve so far. Today is Nov.10 without refrigerator almost one month in my home. This LG refrigerator used only 4 and half year, LG products not reliable and services very terrible!
