    At 14months, the unit is having problems. Lower freezer door creating massive frost. Tried LG customer service and that was pretty much unhelpful. They say to unplug it for overnight and let it manually defrost. My stuff will all go bad! I also have a 77’ LG tv that has had continuous issues. Sorry to say DONT BUY LG!

    #1. Doors do not close easily,most of the time you have to close one kind a hard ....and sometimes stays little open if you don't put attention... #2 Veggies don't last much. #3 Temperature won't go below 39` #4 the gasket on the right door broke up ,just lasted 6 months. In general this is the worst fridge that ever purchased in my life, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

    The lower freezer door does not close correctly, causing ice build up that requires manual removal. If one does not remove the ice the drawer doesn’t shut then more ice build up in the drawer and the frame. Best Buy sent out service person that worked in it but the problem remains. We are hoping for a replacement but after weeks still waiting as none available?

    Will never buy LG again

    French door stopped staying closed after about 2 months. LG refuses to service the item blaming it on "scheduling difficulties", and Best Buy basically washed their hands of the issue and refuses to offer anything remotely close to help in getting the MFR to honor the still-active warranty. I will never buy an LG appliance again, and will use one of the many available alternatives to Best Buy the next time I need to shop for appliances or electronics.

    refrigerator did not cool below 43 degrees. freezer worked ok returned refrigerator as defective

    Ice cubes are smaller than what we had. Melt faster. More room and brighter. Love the touch pad for water.

    Buyer beware!! Purchased this fridge in June 2022 and it’s December 2022 and already having issues with freezer. Excessive ice builds up in freezer drawer and makes a big mess when opening freezer drawer as all the ice that builds up falls on the floor!! I want to exchange for an upgraded and better product but best buy won’t help!!

    Refrigerator purchase has been worst experience ever. Started with a Whirlepool and received 2 defective and now have received 1 defective LG after paying to upgrade. Should not take 4 attempts to get a working refrigerator. Poor quality and no desire from customer service to assist in expediting

    quaility feels tinny and cheap. doors uneven. freezer door rattles when opening. service delivery damaged item when delivering. handles upside down and backwards. fridge not level. doors do not stay open when you open them. service says that's how it's designed but LG say they should stay open

    Best Buy is NOT the best buy

    The refridgerator is fine but I was very dissapointed in the delivery. They scratched our brand new floor, were unprofessional and acted incredibly put out when we asked them to plug it in. We bought the same refridgerator from Home Depot for another house and the experience was vastly different for. BUY FROM HOME DEPOT even if it takes longer for delivery. It will save your floora and your sanity.

    I put it at 36f, but it's always above 40f. I put two thermostats and both of them showed 40f.

    Second refrigerator this one is leaking water from the filter area I had this fridge for two weeks and second service still hasn’t stopped the problem

    Don’t buy from the Manassas outlet. They sell broken stuff. They did give me a refund(minus delivery) but it was still a pain

    This fridge is overall great. The only issue is the water from the water dispenser is never cold. It’s almost hot really. Otherwise, there is a lot of room and it is very functional.
