This Refrigerator only lasted 4 months. Compressor pump went out and because it's so new the repair people LG sent out can't fix it because they can't get the part. Now i'm running around with LG on the phone to try to get it replaced. I will never buy another LG product.

Overall it's been great so far. Time will tell. The exterior door option is great but you do have to make sure that the doors shut tight.

So far this appliance met my expectations except for two issues. First, I think it's not exactly of stainless steel material as claimed. Second, lighting is not adequate more so if it's full.

The only reason why I chose 3 stars and not 5 stars is because the front of the refrigerator is not magnetic. I like to hang things on the front of the refrigerator with magnets, and I can't do that. The sides are magnetic, but the sides are not open in my apartment.

Still learning all the ins/outs of this refrigerator. So far it is amazing! My food is so fresh and seems to be lasting longer. Not to mention that my electric bill has gone down!

Good choice when I make right decision to purchase this refrigerator, work perfectly and very quiet. This is 2nd LG refrigerator I did purchase from Best Buy within 2 years (1 for upstair and 1 for downstair )

Thus far it’s a good unit, really like the convenience door.. it would be nice if the convenience door shelves were adjustable.. but for the price you can’t go wrong..

I absolutely love my new Refrigerator! It has been 12 years since I had a new one. It is so spacious. The door in door feature is my favorite, my son just opens up the front for drinks and fruit.

It's a noisy fridge, and interior door isn't convient. Serves basic purpose for the $1000 price tag, but I wouldn't recommed

I love it, only we didn't get an owners manual w/it & we really do need one!!!!! French Door refr's & I didn't get along, as I never could get adjusted to them, so I feel like I'm somewhat back home again!!!!

The freezer door jerks every time I close the door on the refrigerator side. They are taking care of it this week

We have really enjoyed the fridge so far, and were just so happy Best Buy was able to get it in stock, unlike other stores.

We had a French door model that the buyer of our home wanted us to leave so we bought a two door with a cold saver door and it’s great for the two of us.

I couldn't be more please. The refrigerator is beautiful and it is roomy. I love the easy access door. Water, milk, dressing and small items I can put right on the door!!!

The refrigerator was almost the perfect piece except for a small mistake we made considering the extra space it needed to completely swing open. For the size, look and performance you can't go wrong on this item

Love this refrigerator, plenty of room in both freezer and refrigerator. The ice and water work perfectly and the water tastes amazing.

Great ….check back in 6 months. The water dispenser needs to re-engineered. If you are not carful you miss the nozzle and spill water.
