Got a great deal at Best Buy. Love our new LG fridge. Great service, delivery, install guys were awesome. Overall a 12 rating on a scale of 1-10.

Love it. Love the storage and dispensers. Delivery was smooth. Customer devices was great. Everyone personable and willing to assist. The guy in appliance dept made my shopping experience enjoyable.

Needed a new refrigerator after the last two we had (Frigidaire) ice makers broke. No problems so farand we love the side by side design.

i like everything except it said it was fingerprint resistant and it isn't.

A pretty good refrigerator, the only cons can be the the shelves look not very supporting so worries there.

This Referigerator was at a great price and never owned an LG before but reading all the other reviews i had to see for my self money well spent

this is just silly design. Its an expensive unit, but with shelves provided, its just not possible to use the shelves for tall items without completely removing a shelf. for some reason, there are only 3 shelf positions. In every position, there's 2 options giving a 2" variance in shelf position. No shelf arrangement for example will hold a 2 liter bottled drink upright. So you might think "ok tall items can go in the door" - don't forget the door design makes the shelves next to impossible to use when the door is open - they are designed for use from the "door in door" feature, except for hard-to-reach lower door shelf. The shelf brackets are molded in the side so there is NO fix for this unit except removing a shelf. 2nd item - the temp displayed on the unit is the set temp always - not the current temp. I have had several other less expensive brands that always show the current temp - and show the set temp when changing settings. This makes no sense to me that the current temp feature is completely missing from this unit.

Love it. Only issue I have with it is that the shelving options are set in weird positions. But otherwise it's great!

It is an awesome fridge... beeps at me when the kids don’t shut the door, I love the beverage nook in the door the lighting in it is nice it’s deep I could go on and on 5 stars for sure

This LG refrigerator is great, the black stainless steel is really sleek looking. There is plenty of room in the refrigerator and freezer works well for my family.

Looked at several other stores for this model but none of them had it available. Best Buy had the exact one and we were able to get into our home within a week.

Beautiful fridge and the snack door as we call it, is so handy.

I want to side-by-side in this at all of the functions that I needed are present. I would like to see a little more light on the bottom part of the fridge and freezer

Love the door in door!! (This was the main selling point for me) I miss having a meat/cheese drawer and a vegetable drawer. Overall, very satisfied!!

So far so good. Only thing is we didn't realize that doors are not magnetic. We can't place our magnets or pictures.

Fridge is good but only disadvantage is that magnets do not stick to the front of the fridge.

I’m very happy with our our purchase. Ice storage could be a bit bigger and a drawer for cheese and lunch meat would be nice but not a huge deal.

I had a problem when I first installed could not get ice maker to work and called service. Very quick service and Geek guy was very knowledgeable and courteous
