Door in door never worked, ice tastes like mildew

The door will not open. Best Buy was supposed to schedule a replacement to be delivered and call me the next day with the appointment. It has been a month and still no replacement. In top of that, the ice tastes like mildew. We have let the ice maker run and fill the container many, many times but it does not help. So I have a very expensive, brand new refrigerator that I can barely use. Both the refrigerator and Best Buy are total disappointments. Since they failed to deliver goods or services as agreed I am going to dispute the credit card transaction. I’ll never buy another LG products or purchase anything from Best Buy ever again. Their customer service is nonexistent.
