I purchased end of 2018. There’s no reason the freezer is not freezing causing all the food to spoil. I clean the back with lint and dust regularly to avoid this however this was a bad purchase. I’m hoping once I contact warranty they will fix with out any hassle. I will update after this is resolved. I just wanted to advice you if you thinking about this purchase be ready for a fall after a couple years of use!
