I love the color. I don't like that the shelves can't be moved. You cannot stand a gallon or half gallon of juice or milk on any other shelves other than the top shelf. The door and door feature is very nice. The door in door shelves are stationery and small, I wish they were a bit larger. The bottom shelf is supposed to be used for larger items, however, I prefer to keep my milk and juice in the inner portion of the refrigerator. I feel we made a good decision with this purchase.

We bought this refrigerator to replace our 26 year old one. What a big difference, I love this one. It is very quiet running, the LED lighting is great. Have enjoyed the door- within- door feature being able to get to drinks and condiments that we use often. The open door alarm has come in handy with having a grandchild around. At first I missed not having a deli drawer that I was used to for 26 years, but I have found I can live without one and don't even miss it now.

I love everything about this refrigerator. It is extremely roomy. Having the ice compartment in the freezer door is a plus. The beverage door is very convenient. This saves you from having to open the entire refrigerator just to get a drink. I had been looking for the right refrigerator for months. We just happened to go to Best Buy for something and my Granddaughter saw this. So far I've only had it for a month but I hope that I will not have any problems. If I do I will comment on it.

The door in door is awesome. If you have kids; its a must to keep everything cold while the kids just grab the drinks or snacks you leave in the door. No finger prints !! Right now while things are crazy you need things that make life a little easier, and yeah... its also one sexy frig. Oh, and did I mention Best Buy actually had and delivers when you need it when everyone else is on backorder?? BOOM !!! Thanks Best Buy !!!

The door within a door offers two separate refrigerator areas, which makes it easy to find items. Only criticism is you need to firmly close the outside compartment or it doesn’t close, although you might think it has. Water dispenser streams straight down almost right next to the lever, leaving barely room for water to clear the wide head of the glass. Also makes lot of noise as if there’s air in the line.

Has the cool door in the door. Great size for a side by side. I love how the water dispenser is further out so I can fill up larger mouthed containers.

I really am happy I spent some extra money to get the door in door feature. I really love it! The refrigerator has lots of space. The main thing I don't like is that I have trouble getting the ice bucket out of the freezer to get bulk ice. I'll have to read the manual again to try to get it figured out. Also disappointed that the refrigerator is made of a lower quality stainless steel so it is not magnetic. Overall, I LOVE this refrigerator.

The door in door and the new compressor were the main reason we bought this to replace our existing 10 year old Kenmore. Functionally the refrigerator works perfect. Control panel readouts are great. However some thimngs to lookout for: The installtion folks did not bringa water filter (Approx 60.00) Main Shelf Height adjustment - practically nonexistent - grade 1 out of 5. You need to rearrange and take one main shelf out to handle taller items. (miss my Deli pull out drawer) Door shelf heights - non adjustable Outer Door in Door latch - still not closing after 1 month of use. Was told that it would work after a week or two. Have to push the door in manually everytime to latch it. Rated Capacity is same as my old one, however this seems lesser in capacity Icemaker works great, but small reserve

I've had this Refrigerator now for 2 years...it still looks Brand New!!! I absolutely love the 3 doors. It keeps everything cold, and doesn't freeze up anything in the outside 3rd door. Everyone loves it that comes over. I also love the fact that the icemaker is in the freeze side door as not to take up room inside the freezer side with the shelves. Lots of room & storage. Easy to clean. Love love love...it! Best Buy had the best price & warranty! As always

Tons of room in this fridge. The extra door is great. The only drawback was I had two dents in the door when delivered. I didn't take the plastic off right away so I couldn't see them and you only have a limited amount of time to notify Best Buy if there is an issue so be sure to remove the plastic and inspect. Best Buy offered to give me a new fridge or a new door. I was told that damages like this are common so it would be best to go with the door replacement.

No problems so far. The water and ice in the door set up is different so you need to pay attention the first time you use it. The water has a separate lever which puts your glass under the water dispenser. This is actually something we were looking for. The finish does get some smudging. Does not have a meat drawer and if you are planning on storing tall bottles of any kind, you my find a lack of shelf space.

We've had this unit for about a month now. Love the brightly-lit, spacious interior and especially the unique "door-in-a-door" feature that allows you quick access to items you might need more frequently - milk, drinks, condiments - while keeping the main door closed, therefore keeping the interior cold and saving energy. The ice maker has been dependable and the filtered water dispenser fills your glass quickly. Would recommend.

It is huge! There is so much room in it, I have yet to fill it up. I love the door-in-door aspect, but you do need to make sure it latches when you close it. Clean up is really easy if you use a mixture of vinegar and water in a spray bottle, then I polish it once a week with a stainless steel cleaner. The only issue I have is the lack of shelf adjustment, so if you have a really tall bottle, you must lay it on its side.

We have never had an LG Side-by-Side and I must say I am very impressed after having bought this unit. The refrigerator has so much storage room in it especially with the door-in-door feature! The freezer has a good amount of storage as well since the ice maker is in the top of the door instead of inside the freezer's top shelf. Door control panel makes is easy to see and adjust what settings your unit is at.

Have had the fridge for about six months now and have no issues. Ice runs great and never freezes or blocks up. The wife was really set on the French door designs but after seeing this in store the price couldn't be beat. The freezer space is huge compared to our previous French door freezer. The additional door shelving is great and overall space inside the fridge can't be matched at this price. Highly recommend.

I love this fridge. Holds everything i need and all my little's extras. She knows exactly where everything is. The ice maker is great...keeps us supplied where other fridges did not. Only thing is the magnets only stick to the side so my little doesn't have the option to play on the fridge any more.

This a great fridge. It is plenty spacious. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the shelving adjustment. You are limited to shelf adjustment because of the side supports that are not there. Otherwise we love this fridge. The ice maker is one of the best features with in the door unit. It doesn't waste space in your freezer.

The previous two refrigerators we owned were Samsung and both were nothing but problems. I'll never buy another one. This LG is great. The design, the amount of space, the accessibility are all superb. The black stainless steel is so much easier to maintain than normal stainless steel. This could easily turn out to be the best refrigerator I've ever had.

By far the best refrigerator I have ever had. Super quiet. Roomy. The light placement at the front makes it easy to see what is on the shelves. The door in the door, which I originally thought was a gimmick, turns out to be very handy for things I was always "losing" in the back of my old one. Adjusting the shelves for maximum efficiency is a bit tricky, as the number of positions is limited. NO FINGERPRINTS unless your hands are not dry.
