    Kept delivering product with dents and voids on the front door panel. Seems like handling issue. We had to replace the unit once and same issue on 2nd delivery. When they open the product outside on the street before bringing it inside the door seems fine but as soon as they manhandle the refrigerator inside the house it has dents and pressure points voided from mishandling. The refrigerator even took out a chunk from one of the corners of the wall in my house by impacting against it. I would go somewhere who are more careful of delivering a quality product to a customer’s door.

    Simply a cheap product. I have had mine for 18 months and already have spent over $1000 in repair cost to fix a broken compressor. The technicians tell me LG has a history of failed compressors and they recently had to settle a lawsuit over their faulty products (google it). Their response is to limit the warranty from 5 years to 1 year. Don't be fooled.

    This is way smaller than it looks. A lot if bell's and whistles, but not worth it for bigger families. Has less storage space than it appears.
