    Water and ice quit working three hours after delivery. Refrigerator side froze everything, freezer left everything half frozen. Called number given to me for issues, told a new unit would be out in a week. Didn’t hear back on day of delivery told they couldn’t help and the person on phone should not have said anything. If a product is sold through a Bestbuy outlet they should not give you the number for the retail store for complaint resolution. Damaged wall when delivered, left garbage and broken glass after delivery in the street.

    I bought this refrigerator on Nov 15 2020 with a delivery date of Nov. 25 2020, My only problem thus far is the ice maker. It was installed by the Greek squad, but 2 weeks later it was not making ice. So, I have called LG to fix the problem.

    My review keeps getting deleted. Very short version... compressor failed in less than a year. LG support has been completly unresponsive. It's been 3 weeks and all LG can say is "We'll get back to you." Yet I never hear back from them

    Right now I am not going to give you any rating for this LG refrigerator, but right now I am kind of wondering did I made mistake buying this refrigerator. I think it is been already twenty days how I am using this refrigerator and can steel feel that terrible taste of plastics in water and ice. I have thrown few gallons of water and bucket of ice and it steel tastes awful. So I will wait for few more days and if anything does not change I will be forced to ask you to do something about it. Hopefully I won't have to. Thank you . Zoran
