    Only owned for 6 months and already it broke down; the circuit board and compressor died!! Plus, the LG technician said that this model is so new in the U.S. that they are not sure if and/or when the part will be available. Beware & stay clear of this model!!

    Horrible refrigerator. Ice maker did not work properly and repair person came out and tried to repair the refrigerator and the compressor shorted out the entire refrigerator. Long story short, LG refrigerator is in he same horrible category as Samsung

    My experience purchasing was great until I had problems no one calls back emailed employee several times no response no one has bothered to call back after 2 different people were out as I cannot open freezer door. Call and you areput on hold for hr or longer can't get through to anyone. Not a very happy customer.

    I like this fridge everything about but one problem is the door with in door didn't close all the way. After trying 3 brand new fridge delivery to my house they was all the same. Also the second one I had a bad experience with the delivery driver who gave me a hard time. But all and all I would kept the fridge if the door with door woujd close.

    I bought this refrigerator 3 1/2 ago and broke and LG does not want to be responsible for any labor cost ...The compressor and filter have a manufacturing defect and now they don't want to be responsible. DON BUY LG AND THIS PRODUCT

    It worked for 3 to 4 years without any issue. Freezer stopped working in the summer, and it’s on and off since then. I wasn’t expecting this to break in less then 4 years

    Purchased on April 16th 2020. I had couple of issues with Cooling . They replaced compressor first time. Second time they came and fixed something. The next hour I started having the same issue . Very disappointed with the product

    Great refrigerator size wise and layout, but it is a loud refrigerator. They even replaced the fan but still loud.

    Best buy installation is a joke. They said they couldnt instal the fride water. Had a freind do it in 5 minutes. Also they damaged my fridge bringing it in the house. The water outlet is the biggest joke on this fridge stupid design but a good fridge

    Do not buy! Ice maker will go out in a week!

    DO NOT BUY!!! we had ours less than a month and ice stopped working. Called LG cause you can’t have Best Buy come out cause it voids the warranty so they had us reset the ice still nothing so then they sent someone out they said our fridge was made poorly so we needed a new board. Ordered the board needed they reinstalled said this should work ice should be making in 24 hours it’s now been 3 more days still no ice. We have called LG they had us reset again still nothing now they can’t get someone out for another 6 days. This is been horrible!!!!
