    The refrigerator came damaged and we didn’t notice it right away. Called geek squad and their customer service sucks. I was on hold for a long time then they hung up on me twice.

    the fridge would not work, had it for 3 days never put anything in it because it would not cool or freeze. You picked it up and credited my account because you would not do anything about it. Said you could not send a new one out to us which is bull. Will never but anything there again, bought a new one from Lowe's and it was delivered in 8 days....

    It was not the refrigerator I originally wanted but was happy to get it. There was something wrong with the suction of the freezer door so we had frost/ ice all inside the freezer and the refrigerator part wouldn't get to the recommended temperature. Best Buy let me return it and I purchased a different refrigerator. Very happy now.

    bad deal, worse equipment and services

    here we are, I got the fridge and requested warranty repair within 10 days of purchase. Tech came but not getting parts from Manufacture. I am 2 months out the purchase and the local tech blain the manufacture and I am not getting any feed back from the manf. neither. SO I am stuck with a refrigerator than it would not close properly. Stick with someone else,,,

    Failed control board

    Lasted about a year before the control board failed. We purchased Geek Squad protection and they were easy to work with. The GS agent came an installed a new control board which worked for maybe 3 minutes before failing with an audible pop and a puff of smoke. Even the GS agent was astonished by the poor quality. We’re scheduled to receive an new and different model refrigerator tomorrow. We’ve been without our primary refrigerator for about a month now.

    Terrible LG REFRIGERATOR PRODUCT-defective door

    We purchased a LG Door-in-door side by side refrig and have had only trouble with the door latch. We have had LG repair people and BestBuy REPAIR PEOPLE and afte 6 repair visits, I want a new refrig. My food is getting ruined with a door that doesn't close.

    Horrific delivery

    Nothing wrong with the fridge but this is the worst possible delivery service ever. I bought this unit on last day of June. Nightmare delivery service on July 3rd and now my 0700 to 1100 am delivery is not her e at 5 o’clock I’ve been on hold since 250. And they are saying the can’t deliver because they need a small truck. They left the unit in may garage July 3 I’ve been in freight for 31 years. No small truck needed access is just fine.

    Freezer door does not stay closed and the layout of fridge is not ideal— as far as spacing. The bottom shelf of fridge door is useless space

    I had a refrigerator for 15 years that had no issues until that 15th year .... I thought I would replace instead of repair due to new technology. This is under a year old and freezer nor fridge is working. Due to call repair today. i liked the use and the look but if it goes down this easy the quality and value is shot. It's getting one star because I have to give it something .... I would give it a 0

    Lack of Follow Through

    I am happy with the fridge but extremely unhappy with the follow through about two dents in the front door of it. I have twice been on chat with folks that assured me I would receive a $150 gift card as compensation for the dents. It's been two weeks and nothing. At this point, I'm going to ask that Best Buy replace the fridge at their expense. This is unacceptable. I was trying to save that hassle but feel I should have more recourse.

    installation guys made some damage in the wall pla

    The installation guys broke the wall plate to fix the water connection and temporarily taped with duck tape. It came out next day . I have to tape it again and does not look god

    Ice Maker Issue

    BUYER BEWARE!!! Poor lighting but worse of all; the ice maker constantly jams, apparently an engineering flaw where water leaks into the ice dispensing unit and freezes into an ice chunk. (That is what the repair person noted.) The water dispenser is tricky at best and first time users dispense the water on the floor, which is embarrassing for visitors. Will not purchase an LG again,
