    The next day after it was installed, I woke up and everything is my freezer was thawed. It was a mess...all the frozen fruits thawed and made a big mess in my freezer. Everything was ruined!

    I paid for an installation along with all the parts to hook up the water. after over a year and a half I still can not use my ice machine. I paid someone else to connect it but seems that the Best Buy 3rd party installers froze up my lines and no one ever responded. anywhoo. I just bought a separate ice machine. never buying appliances from you ever again. please stop using shoddy 3rd party installers, most look like ex convicts.

    I purchased this refrigerator by force, since my Frigidaire gave out on us within a year, and now not even a year we have had this refrigerator and the freezer stopped working and the refrigerator stopped cooling.

    Warning. Do not by this LG refrig - ever. Many cooling issues. Freezer not freezing food. LG customer service is so book (at least 2 weeks) that they cannot make an apt. to send a tech out. They will call us back - right! Most expensive refrigerator I have ever purchased... and the only one to show problems within 5 years. Still trying to figure out what to do. Never again.

    I bought this fridge just about 3 month ago and I just this week had to call the geek squad out becaus the hose at the bottom of fridge is leaking again

    This refrigerator is highly impractical it’s almost like your going fishing every time you want to get something the freezer and door space just don’t work well together I bought it and returned it I preferred the hassle of returning it than keeping it that’s how uncomfortable it is and also it’s ice capacity is way to small.

    The fridge works well. I had a problem with the ice maker freezing up on a regular basis. Had to chisel out the ice all the time.

    This was not refrigerator I ordered and have been waiting on since May. Then to be told as a national company you can’t get it. I went online and found and bought the refrigerator directly from LG. I did in less than 45 mins what your company couldn’t do over 5 months!

    Broken Ice Maker

    bought a brand new refrigerator and waited a month for delivery only to find out the ice maker was broken and customer service refused to help so I called the manufacturer and waited another two weeks for a new ice maker. If I wanted something damaged I would have bought something used for way less than $2000.
