    Do Not Buy, Awful Product

    Awful product. We've had so many issues that we are now forced to buy a new one after having this for 18 months. This is after replacing the icemaker that went out often and all kinds of issues. They are facing a class-action lawsuit and the customer service is awful. Do not buy.

    I waited two weeks for this fringe, then the delivery guy couldn’t find my address I had to wait two more weeks for them to deliver it to me. By the time it got here the new fringe don’t work OMG. So I returned it and went somewhere else with my business.

    The product wAs delivered with a bent door & didn’t seal ran all the time. Ask to be replaced but would only give us a new door And seal!! Delivered on Dec 2 and still haven’t been back out to fix!! Very unhappy with their product and service , once you purchase it then their done with you!!

    They brought out another door a couple days later

    After they set up the refrigerator we noticed that the door had some scratches on it. They brought out another door a couple days later and it was damaged also. They told us that they would order a new door but we have yet to hear back from them?

    The man that was helping me did not want to help. He told me he was leaving when his shift was up whether I was done or not. I waited for a long time. Another man came to help and that was how I got my refrigerator! Disappointed‼️

    I have recently noticed the refrigerator is leaking from some where and I have attempted 5 different time to contact the store for assistance and no one answers The phone just rings and I've sat for as long as an hour for someone to come on The line which never happened

    Not enough storage space. To get something from the back you need to take out your food. I lost one shelving because I needed more room for milk and juices. Oh and it take 24 hrs for the water and ice to start working omg...

    BUT IT DOESN'T WORK!!! I have only had it for a week. Fortunately, I haven't moved into my new house and I didn't have any food in it that would have spoiled!!! Have to get someone to come out to "fix" my new fridge that I haven't even gotton to use yet! This is absolutely ridiculous !!!!

    The problem is, that the cord come from the top on the Fridge, and because of that plate it will not fit under you standard size counter. The height was normal and right in lines with every other brand, but that plate made it impossible to install.

    Don't have this from BestBuy. Delivery men would not get it off their truck. Said it would not fit thru our door. We have a standard size front door. That is the only reason for such a low rating.
