Yes, this fridge was working great til the compressor went with the two year mark. We really like the features and setup of it. I am glad I got the warranty extended and hopefully will not need to use it again. Just a tip if you're fridge is under warranty find out about grocery reimbursement. I am about to fill my form out now. Also, it took about 10-14 days to get part replaced...not good...but at least now it works again.

Freezer and Refrigerator works great so far. Love the design of the outer door on fridge makes it easy to grab a beverage fast. There is a major flaw in the design of the water dispenser the ice is perfect but the water nope it is totally different than any fridge I have used. You do try to get use to it after a while the only good thing about the way the water dispenser is designed is that its good to fill up a pot or large container. The freezer and refrigerator has plenty of room and gives you easy access. I was going to give this 4 stars because of the water but in general the refrigerator works great.

This is a sleek and spacious unit, great door thru door options for easy access to the things you use most. Too bad about all the finger prints though.

We have had this appliance just under a month & we love it. There is much more usable space than meets the eye. The ice maker takes a little time to get started & fill the bin but once it's up & running it's amazing! We would highly recommend this LG appliance. The through the door feature really helps to keep the fridge cool. Finding the correct balance between fridge/freezer was so easy; however, for a home in which the fridge is opened more it may take a bit longer to find the best settings to appropriately cool both sides consistently.

Love this side by side. So much room. Especially love the outer door that holds the condiments. Stainless does not smudge and holds the shine.

We have had this for over a year - no problems at all. No, the ice receptacle is not large, but we have plenty of ice for the 2 of us. We really like the "mini door" for frequently used items - not as much cold air escaping into the room. Our previous stainless appliances were Fridgedaire "fingerprint free" which is a very nice feature. I miss that. The LG stainless surface finish is not as nice and requires more maintenance to look nice. (We didn't buy another Fridgedaire because we had to replace the ice maker - not once, but twice.)

Fridge is large. Plug comes from top. Make sure clearance is good before purchase. Bought the installation package. Brochure wasn’t very clear on what was required before installation. Purchased installation but was not installed. Not a very good overall experience. Fridge isn’t bad though. Plenty of space and the water dispenser allows for even large bottles or cups to be filled.

This was a Splurge for us but we got it on sale and boy are we glad we did. The color is beautiful and the fingerprint resistant doors are fabulous. Plenty of room

I love the amount of room this refrigerator has and the two doors! We had issues when it was installed with a faulty shark bit (a piece that connects the water hoses). Best Buy came back out to fix it and the two delivery men were awesome! Very apologetic and nice. As for the actual refrigerator, the only thing I have found that I do not like is filling a glass of water at night with no lights on. Where the light is located and where you push to get water, you are not able to see the water level in your cup. Otherwise I love my refrigerator for the first month.

The product is great. I love how it keeps food cold and I can view the inside without opening entire unit. Love the ice maker and water dispenser. The hassle trying to get the unit to my home after I bought it was horrible. My old refrigerator broke 2 days before Thanksgiving and I bought this unit immediately after within 24hours. I didn’t get my item until a week later due to Best Buy failure to communicate with delivery person and not giving consumer options on delivery. Very disappointed.

This is a replacement for the same refrigerator that was purchased on 4/25/2017. It is doing the exact same thing as the original unit. Error code FF: cooling fan. It freezes everything in the frig side then the ice melts and the water line freezes. It stops working every 3 months. by the time the repair service gets here, it has defrosted and they find no issues so they leave. This unit is free standing in a room. Not slid into a pocket between cabinets so it gets more than enough air flow. I even put felt cups on the rollers making it easy to move out so I can clean it monthly. I am missing work to accommodate service calls, I am losing money on spoiled food and my hardwood floors have been flooded with water several times. I need a new unit or a total refund. No, life is not good with this LG refrigerator.

Great fridge, has served well for all needs. The door on the outside takes a little getting used to but after you do its great for grabbing whatever you need quickly without opening the whole fridge. The movable shelves in the freezer are a god send after a grocery haul.

This refrigerator is exactly what I hoped it would be. It's attractive and very functional. Love the extra door to grab stuff you need a lot without opening the whole door. Great for saving energy.

So far I just love this fridge. It doesnt smudge and has the door to grab a drink that saves energy. It is roomy and fits everything well. I have no complaints!

So far, so good. The fridge is working out very well in our space. The door feature is so bomb. I still can’t get over the door and we have had the fridge for a least a month now. I think it is so genius to have access to the door items and not have to let all of the cool air escape from the rest of the fridge. I also really like all of the extra storage this door feature provides. I’m a happy camper…

This fridge is good overall. The door-in-door feature is handy and works great. Ice and water separated so you don't need to be switching back and forth. On the down side doesn't have a cold meat drawer, and even with adjustable shelves is hard to fit some high bottles.

Really like all the space it has. Love the split door so you can just open the front to get things out that you use on a regular basis as opposed to having to open the entire door.

Great refrigerator. Really like the door-in-door feature. Ice maker has smaller capacity than other brands but you gain more space in the freezer. 3rd LG purchase this year, all work great!

Great fridge with lots of space. So easy to find everything I need with all the little shelves in the fridge. Love the door-in-door feature.

We bought it because we don't like a french door fridge. Nice looking black colored one, convenient show door, enough space for small-size family.
