door in door a nice feature. read some reviews about ice maker not keeping up with demand. we have 4 adults that drink quite a bit of ice water and we havn't had any issues with running out of ice. I would recomend having this delivered. its a heavy well built fridge. i picked this up myself and had to remove fridge doors to get it inside. happy so far.

Not one thing I don’t like about this refrigerator. It’s super sleek, sharp, and my favorite is that pocket door. I love that it has an ice maker and water in the door without taking up an entire shelf in my freezer like my old fridge did. Don’t regret this purchase in the least. It’s my best purchase in years.

It is taking some getting used to but I like the door in door feature. I do miss the room inside the fridge area compared to my last french door model. But, there is more room in the freezer part. Go with the fingerprint proof finish if you can.

We bought this fridge as an open box item. It’s more spacious than it looks and we like the side-by-side option. It has a compartment with a clear door inside to access items on the door. It also opens outside to access the same items without opening the entire refrigerator. The bottom drawers are spacious and the iced dispenser and water trays are great. So far, so good.

I want to take this opportunity to compliment the excellent and kind service received from my sales person who helped me and my 80 year old mom to purchase the refrigerator. She had just lost her food due to fridge stopped working in the middle of night while she was asleep. Her spirits were low. We had shopped at 4 to 5 other places with little success and usually poor service. But our Best Buy salesman was very thorough and patiently listened regarding what my mom was looking for and then he walked us through all options including features and pricing. He was great and an example of what true quality service is all about. I can't remember his name but you should do whatever you do to recognize him for going above and beyond. Please, please recognize him in a special way. He's a good man and I won't forget how he treated us/my mom. He was very patient in working with my mom. We are thankful to God and him. Best Buy is fortunate to have him. Oh, yes my mom is happy with the new refrigerator.

Not only is beautiful, lots of space, I love the second door it fits so much in it.

The side of the fridge, some thing in the frame of the unit, vibrates a lot. I put a plastic grocery bag, balled up, in between the fridge and the wall. Seems to work like a charm! I have purchased the warranty so we'll see what else goes wrong with it. Other than that I love the fridge a great amount of space and the water dispenser shoots out like a pressure washer!

Relly like thise refrigerator especially the door in door for the things you get out alot like ketchup and mustard. The only complant I have that on of the drawers wont close right you have to make sure that it is in correctly so the fridge door will close right

I needed a refrigerator and did not intend to purchase from Best Buy but the sales consultant convinced me otherwise. I could not be more happy, The unit came undamaged and is working fine after a week of use. The delivery team was courteous and quick in their work, removing the old unit and garbage without a hitch. Next purchase I will look to Best Buy first.

After our French door refrigerator bit the dust, we were, again, looking at new appliances. My partner wanted to go back to a side by side fridge. I was hesitant, but so far, I don’t miss the French door! The extra outside door is so convenient for things we use every day. Love it

I love my new door-in-door refrigerator! Having oft-used items In the outer door is so handy and makes them easy to see and retrieve. It leaves more room on the inside for larger items, and the fridge is nicely organized. The only negative thing is that the ice maker is too small for us; my husband uses a lot of ice. The ice keeper can’t keep up!

I love my new refrigerator! Having the extra shelving in the door that is reachable from outside for stuff you use all the time is so convenient. It is wonderful having ice and water again. The ice maker went out in my old refrigerator and we have been making do with an ice tray. This is a super product!

Very spacious, nice color, ice maker very simple and efficient

I've had this for a while and love the additional space, compared to my old one. The only issue I am having is positioning the racks inside to have room to put larger items in (like 2lliter bottles) without loosing room for smaller items. Although, the veggie trays are great and have lots of room. I miss having an inside tray for storing items like eggs.
