Great features, quiet, color is spectacular, very spacious too!

It's an overall great refrigerator. I believe ours isnt making the correct amount of ice though, I wont let that steal from the integrity of the potential this refrigerator has. It works perfectly with plenty of space in it. We love it except for the ice and in comparison on YouTube it seems as if ours isnt producing enough ice.

I absolutely love this refrigerator way better then the Samsung I purchased right after this one. This works so efficiently that I would highly recommend this to all my friends. It is so easy to clean the inside most refrigerators are struggles putting it back together not this one

after two bottom freezers broke on me in the last 10 years, i was done! i went back to the french door style and chose this one because i like the sneak door for easy access. This thing is sooooo quiet, makes great ice, water comes out cold and the temp in the freezer and fridge are perfection. great but for a great price. people- get the protection plan on these things... you just have to!

This LG refrigerator is quiet and the ice maker & water dispenser work well (water dripped for a few days but then stopped dripping just as the installer had told me). The one thing that could be improved is the shelving adjustment options-- the limited options don't allow me to arrange optimally but we can live with it. Overall, we are pleased with this refrigerator.

I love his refrigerator so far. Especially the dood-in-door feature that I use many times each day. The fridge side door must be shut firmly, otherwise you’ll have a mess the next day. Also, it needs more flexibility in terms of shelf placement.

Im giving the overall experience a 4/5 stars for the simple fact that the day I went in to buy my refrigerator I inquired about opening up a Best Buy credit card. The salesperson was very nice and polite about everything and answered all my questions, the only downside of the whole experience is that when I tried to apply for the Best Buy credit card the process took over 1 hour just for someone to answer and see if I could apply. I guess that day the bank was having technical issues with their systems and were taking a long time to process applications. At the end I never got a definite answer and they told me to call back within 2 hours until they “updated their system” I wanted to finance the appliance I bought but because of they set back I was forced to pay in cash. That’s the only reason I’m giving it a 4/5 stars because of the inconvenience.

This refrigerator is a great addition to our kitchen. It is very spacious and we love the color.

Nice unit and seems well built. Much bigger than most side by sides. Wish the stainless was more finger print proof. It does make some strange noises that the previous unit didn't make ... They say they are normal. Definitely much better than the Samsung I had before.

Since the Ice is in the door of the Freezer I have more space to organize everything I put in there. In addition we have all of our Waters/Condiments in the Door in Door part of the Refrigerator which leaves more storage space within the inside the Refrigerator which means better organization.

We have had the refrigerator now for a couple of months and are really enjoying it. This was a major upgrade for us and so far no complaints. It is quiet except when it goes through ice making which is for a short while with noise. We love the little door to keep drinks for the kids. The only downside is, it is not magnetic, so no more kid award or artwork for the fridge door. :(

I just purchased my first house this refrigerator was exactly what I needed because I have a granddaughter and she’s constantly opening up the refrigerator getting juice or something out of it with the door in a door she can get her juice without opening up the actual refrigerator I love it

Great buy. Love the "door-in-door" functionality. We used Best Buys installation services and they were great; excellent communication prior, texting when they were on their way - quick and professional install of the new appliance (including the (existing) water line) and hauling away the old.

I love my new LG Side by Side Refrigerator! I previously owned a French Door model and was dissatisfied with the freezer. It was hard to find things because it's a chest type freezer. Now, I can easily see the things in my freezer! I also love the second door that I can open when I just want a beverage or condiment. It has to conserve energy! I am very happy with my new refrigerator!

We are not fans of french door and wanted a door in door fridge. The choices are slim between an LG rebranded as Kenmore, Samsung and LG. We initially purchased Samsung showcase but it was an out-of-box failure. WIth no more in the area, Best buy agreed to replace with the LG. The ice dispenser makes more sense as you don't need to hit a button to dispense water or ice like with the Samsung. The door-in-door area is great. The only drawback to this fridge as well as many of the other modern styles, is the lack of adjustments of shelves. GE and Frigidaire have LG and Samsung beat there but they don't have door-in-door. So it's a trade-off and you simply learn to live with it. As a sidenote, before choosing a retailer, even though the rebranded Kenmore could be had for a few $$ less, the Sears maint plan is $260 more expensive than the Geek Squad, so check your all-in price before choosing a retailer.

I really like the door in door feature. With my kids & all of their friends here, it's so nice for them to be able to just open that outer door & grab a drink! The only thing I haven't liked is that it can run a little noisy at times.
