Love the door in door feature. Although it would be nice if the shelves had more ability to be spaced farther apart to accommodate tall bottles. There is no place to vertically store a 2 liter soda bottle.

What can you say this is a perfect refrigerator with all that you need so spacious. Love having the water and ice in the freezer door for so much more space well lit inside better than I expected

We bought this one 3 years ago when we remodeled our kitchen in our old house. Just moved a month ago and needed new appliances and got the same refrigerator. Works good, plenty of room and makes good ice.

very neat refrigerator with the "door in door" allowing easy access to creamers or milks/drinks only. Only one minor issue is the front door sometimes does not close all the way. Other than that, I love this product!

This refrigerator is really nice! My family loves it! The drawers are deeper than expected on the refrigerator side. The shelves are easy to take out and clean. The only thing that I have noticed is that the door is a little heavier than I am used to when filled to capacity with drinks. It is still easy to open. It also works best if you have the full range to open the doors (ours is blocked by a wall on the right). That way you have all the space to access everything inside the fridge. We can still access everything just fine, but a little more open door space would make it even nicer. However, this is not the fault of the fridge, it is how our kitchen is designed. Definitely enjoying it!

We didn’t like the existing model we have! We chose this side by side one for easy and more convenient to look for the frozen food!! Besides, the black color looks nice in our kitchen

Works great. Door in door takes a bit of getting used to, having to remember which section you put something in to reach it more easily, but still a plus. Water and ice on outside door is a good feature, and ice compartment on door instead of taking up shelf space is nice. Drawbacks: shelves do not adjust to a variety of heights; doors are not magnetic, so cluttering front with kids' artwork not so easy. Minor quibbles, and otherwise a good purchase we are happy with. It keeps stuff very well refrigerated and frozen, and that's the main reason to have it!

We love this refrigerator! The black stainless looks beautiful! The refrigerator side has a door that opens for everyday items so the main door isn't wide open. I really like this feature.

I love being able to reach for much used items thru the half door option without having to open the full refrigerator. It has plenty of room for everything in the refrigerator and freezer. We love it!

this is my second LG refrigerator (same model). First model compressor went bad after 3 1/2 year. LG couldn't sent TECH for a couple weeks. Bought the same fridge with 10yr warranty. New out of the box it was missing the ice maker cover.. LG Came and fixed my original fridge but never sent out the ice cover. It's been a nightmare trying to get them to sent the part. I like the refrigerator, its great when its working. Nice LED lights, easy to change filter, nice dark stainless steel

I love my new LG door in door side by side refrigerator/ freezer. It is beautiful, but even better, it has tons of storage, is super easy to clean and keeps my fresh fruits and veggies fresh for much longer than my old refrigerator. I am in love with it.

This refrigerator lives up to the CR rating. We really like the door in a door feature. We replaced a LG refrigerator that was still operating well, we just wanted to update our kitchen. The new ice maker and water and ice dispenser is definitely an improved feature.

So far, we love our LG frig; we only had it a couple of months. Simple and easy to use once you read the manual to understand the equipment.

It is the first time I have a LG refrigerator. I like it . The only 2 things that I noticed is that the third small is useful but you have to pay attention to close it because the closure is a little soft. The other thing is that in my Frigidare I had a place to put Champagne and in this nice size fridge I have to put them in the door that opens and there is no place to put tall beverages like opened wine or other liquid.

The freezer side is good sized, and has drawers for meat so it is easy to organize. The door to open just part of the refrigerator is really handy! I am very happy with this refrigerator and would definitely recommend it.

I love my LG! Very roomy and well designed. The real kicker is the door within the door to readily access things you use often...without constantly letting heat into the main unit.

The door within a door is cute but does not close properly. Even when apparently closed light from the inside shines out the side of the door of refrigerator indicating the door is not closed completely. If you press on the door the light goes out. But as soon as you take the pressure Off the light shows through again. Oddly, though light is showing, no alarm goes off indicating the door is open and the refrigerator temperature does not drop. Other than door issue it seems to be okay.

This item was purchased on sale and we believe we received every penny's worth. The item is more than our expectations with the smaller outer door to obtain items in the door without opening the larger door. Just the concept makes it an energy saving device.

very nice but didnt realize before buying that there are only 2 drawers, no place for cheese, no place for eggs. Love the small door and water dispenser.
