There is an outer access door to quickly reach in without opening full door. The refrigerator is functional, as expected, but also looks attractive in my kitchen.

I love this refrigerator, what I like most is that you don’t have to open the whole door to get condiments or milk.

Compressor very loud, geek squad toned it down but still louder than I would have expected. Ice maker smaller for more fridge space a great feature unless you entertain, at which point I would suggested making ice and freezing it.

Easy setup, quiet, enjoy the 3rd door . Only thing that takes getting use to is the way the water in the door is dispensed.

Easy setup, no complaints here..You have to be careful of the door on the inside to make sure it is closed before you closed the refrigerator.

I love my new refrigerator; but when the 1st one arrived, it had a creased and dented area about the size of a legal pad on its side panel. My choices were 1) keep it and receive a gift card worth about 10%, 2) use it temporarily until they can deliver a new one. I chose #2. Two weeks later, I have my lovely, unblemished, new refrigerator. The delivery crew was excellent -- both times! Also, magnets will not stick to the door and I can't display my grandkids' artwork.

I had been wanting this fridge forever, but COVID19 had other plans. I finally got it and I love it! It's spacious and easy to keep organized.

The unit is so quite and I don't even it is running. The interior space are designed very efficiently. I do like the ice maker in the door, not over the top bin which make space more available.

I love the Door N Door feature. It's nice to once again to having a ice machine that works. Our last refrigerator ice machine broke 5 years ago.

This refrigerator is very nicely built and looks great. The door in column keeps refrigerator stuff cooler and fresh. I will recommend getting geek squad for 5 years just in case!

outstanding value for the price. Great LG quality, features, and roominess for much less than similar sized models. For feature by feature, this is a great value for the money.
