This model barely made it to 3 years before it stop making ice. We’ve tried every one of LG’s steps on their website for fixing it, even clearing the line to the freezer. Nothing has worked. I wish I would’ve been aware of the class action lawsuit against them for their refrigerators. Had I known, I would’ve purchased from another company.

I really like the refrigerator. The only doubt fault is where the water and ice are set up. It’s really hard to put the glass under to fill the glass. It goes on the floor if not careful.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. We bought this refrigerator new from best buy in 2015. 1 year later the trouble began and hasn't stopped. The compressor went out, and while it was replaced under warranty it's been incredibly noisy since. We've had multiple repairs since, it's always better for a few days and then starts sounding like a semi-truck is parked in the kitchen. Now, the compressor has gone out again and before that there was an even louder noise like glass bottles rattling together for 5 seconds or so every 30 minutes. Loud enough to wake me across the house in the middle of the night. Now LG says they will covered the sealed system, whatever that means, but I'm responsible for the service call and any 'non-sealed' parts, whatever that means. It's unfortunate, as I love their LG washer and dryer, as well as an LG dishwasher we got a few years back.

I liked a lot of features this refrigerator has so I picked it up for the new house. I have only one small complaint in that it makes a lot of noise at seemingly random times. It is not very quiet when it does decide to sound off.

We loved this refrigerator, especially the door in door system. The kids used that function daily instead of opening the entire fridge. You could store milk, juice boxes, and snacks where they are within arms reach. Unfortunately we returned since the wall didn't allow us to open it fully. Our fault really, we thought it would work out but didn't.

Is so easy to finish washing dry super fast and is big.

so far so good we like it. took off a star since the first one came broken and the 2nd one the container that holds the filter popped out and the screw was stripped so we had to put an anchor in

Great Product, However make sure the refrigerator door can open at least 120 degrees so you can easily access the refrigerator contents. 90 degrees is not enough room due to the plastic backing on the door in a door.
