Great space distribution, the door-in-door is great.

Excellent product. I think we opted for this model based on availability in the middle on pandemic. The bestbuy rep did work through the entire sales process and it was seemless.

Great fridge, contrary to reviews I read it is very quiet.

4 and half year later, today the compressor is not working. freezer and refrigerator are not cool enough, especially the freezer as water start leaking onto my kitchen floor in the middle of the night. We had never move or relocate it after the home delivery and installation which was purchased together at Best Buy. Calling LG for possible fix and hope that will last.

Anthony Young at the Rockville Pike store was terrific. He worked with me to select the best refrigerator for my luxury rental unit. I have purchased at least 15 appliances from this store as well as an occasional one from your Shady Grove Road store.

I am pleased with my refrigator, now that I have one that is not defective. The first one leaked water and the freezer door didn't have a full seal so I had ice buildup in the freezer. I've have the second one for two days and love it.

It is a really nice refrigerator but the ice maker makes a humming sound almost all the time. Another complaint is that the shelves on the door are not adjustable. We really like the quick access in the door that helps keep the cold in the fridge.

I Love my new refrigerator, the black stainless steel is really a cool color. I am in the middle of a remodel, so haven't hooked up the washer and dryer yet, but excited to have them. Delivery guy was great and very polite.

I love this fridge. It’s great looking, I like the fact that the ice and water on the outside of the door has a light that automatically illuminated when you use it and it seems to provide more room than my previous side by side even though they are the same size...maybe because of the door in door feature.

I love the refrigerator. The small door in the front is very convenient. Also, there is a lot of room for bottles and jars. My only complaint would be the ice maker. It does not make enough ice for a household, and the cubes are small.

This fridge is huge and amazing. I love the option to open only the top of the door and the ease of cleaning. Obviously it's print resistant, not proof, but even with 2 toddlers and a teenager at home it looks very good with a simple wipe down.

Seriously the best. I love the easy access door which saves the items in the refrigerator from constant open and closing. It is very large and has plenty of space. The color is beautiful and I get compliments on the fridge all the time. I looked at a lot but once I saw this I knew it was the one.

I love the look of this refrigerator and the convenience of the half door. However, the limited flexibility of placement of shelves and no flexibility of bins makes it really hard to organize.

We love the refrigerator we have had it for almost a year. No problems at all the water & ice are great there’s no need to buy bottles anymore. Delivery was great it was fast for them to bring in and set up.

Love the refrigerator, especially the outside door. There is no small compartment for butter, cheeses, etc. which my old LG had. I miss that. This refrigerator has a high pitch whistle, which I don't believe should happen. I plan on calling LG to ask about it.

I had purchased a SAMSUNG side by side that did not work when delivered. We sent it back and got this one. So far it works very well and I like the extra door for the things we use most without opening the big door. I just wish LG would have made the display with the actual temperatures along with the existing preset temps.

We needed a refrigerator quickly, and the one we wanted, at the best price was available in the shortest time. Order was handled well, and delivery was as promised. Great experience, and will most likely return for matching appliances.
