I had purchased a SAMSUNG side by side that did not work when delivered. We sent it back and got this one. So far it works very well and I like the extra door for the things we use most without opening the big door. I just wish LG would have made the display with the actual temperatures along with the existing preset temps.

This was the 6th refrigerator I received. The first 5 were damaged. This one had damage in the back, but since it was in the back and did not affect the operation I accepted it.

I GOT A DINK AND DENT AND DIDN,T NOTICE THAT DOOR DID NOTSHUT CORRECTLY. . REVIEWED PRODUCT AT STORE AND NOTICED IMPERFECTIONS BUT NOT THE DOOR. THEY CAME OUT AND TRIED TO FIX BUT I STILL NEED TO WATCH THat door is closed

Love the fridge freezer and the convenient doo in door

We are a family of six and this refrigerator gets plenty of use. The ice maker is almost too small to be effective. Other than that this unit works well if you have room on both sides to open the doors. If you have to put this next to a wall the doors will not open enough for you to be able to use it effectively.

Product failure and no product support. No ice and warm freezer 10 months after purchase (9 months after installation). Service tech came out, told me the compressor was bad and somebody would be back to replace. Service company gave LG bad information and, after a number of calls, LG reassigned to a service company that "wasn't certified" on my compressor. After another phone call, LG re-assigned to the original service tech and haven't heard from them since. A horrible combination of bad quality and no commitment to support the product.

very pleased overall. would prefer sliding shelves for easier reach previous fridge had them. small access door is convenient but can be left unlatched if not careful. previously purchased LG washer and dryer at Best Buy and were very pleased which led us to this refrigerator when the need arose, top quality products.

I had bought this refrigerator about a year ago, and then we moved, so I had to leave it. Since it was the best one I had ever owned, I was very happy to buy another one just like it. The door arrangement makes it easy to find and organize groceries.

We spent abotu 2 weeks going to various stores and settleed on this fridge, and we found the best price here at best buy. Installation guys were great, and the only thing that caught us off guard is where the water actually comes out. so pay attention. Otherwise its been exactly what we needed

The young men that came and delivered the fridge were AMAZING! Very professional and very helpful. It was a pleasure having them deliver the equipment. Please give them a raise a bonus something. They were simply fantastic.

Cons: Very narrow area in the fridge and freezer Unable to rearrange all shelves Pros: I like the ability to separate and retrieve the items on the door. Nice color

i love this thing but the shelf layout inside is just not right to fit large items - as if all my large items will fit in the door alone.

I like the fridge. The refrigerator area only allows you to put the shelves in at certain spots making it difficult to really utilize them all (I took one out). Other than that, it’s a really nice fridge/freezer.

We love the products and the Installer (Andrade) was fantastic! He could not have been nicer or more professional! I'm glad we ended up purchasing all three appliances from Best Buy and when we purchase again, I hope we can request Andrade.
