Love having the easy access door on the front!!!!!

Everything works great. I like the placement of the water and ice dispenser. There are only two flaws. One, the shelves have a minimum of placement spots. The second, there are only two drawers. My previous one had three. I am very happy with it.

Had a horrible experience with LG fridges. The ice maker stopped working exactly 1 week after the 1 year warranty expired. Home warranty kicked in and they couldn't fix it due to parts shortage. Its a simple coil that stops the water line from freezing inside the freezer. They did not make it a serviceable part. You have to replace the whole door.... Then the compressor goes out. Even though the compressor was covered under "10 year warranty" they still wanted about 1 thousand to fix it in labor and recharge. Even the repair companies don't like working with LG due to their lack of support and warranty rules for payment. They were 3 months behind on getting compressors out too because it's such a common issue. Don't buy these cheap refrigerators and save yourself the head ache.

Amazing refrigerator. Our family loves the family hub. The speaker is a lot louder than we expected, great for music while cooking. The only negative about this fridge is the compartments on the doors are small and not very functional.

I bought the LG to replace a Samsung. I decided to change to side by side instead of a french with bottom freezer. The reason for me was that with a bottom freezer, stuff gets buried and hard to get to. In the store it looked like it would have more space and better organized than my samsung. However the samsung was 29cf and this is 26. Those extra 3cf really do add up and you have to move items around alot to find what your after. The smell of the water and ice taste like plastic and I did run about 3 gallons of water through it first. Its been a month and they still have a funny smell and taste sometimes. Also that no matter what they say , stainless steel appliances get fingerprints.

Great refrigerator. Only thing I see being an issue ontej future is the button for the front door. It seems like it may need to be extended eventually, we'll see.

Door does not catch the lick 100 percent. Had serviced. Was told that was the design. Had door latch replaced. Still does not close 100 percent of time. Will occasionally find partially open

I love the fridge. It has great temperature control. Great lighting. The easy access to the things I use most often is fantastic, however, I do notice the door in door doesn't close all the time unless I push hard on it to make sure it closes. Nice product!

I thought stainless steel was fingerprint proof but I am constantly having to clean it which makes more work for me not happy

Cannot say enough about this refrigerator. The style and functionality is near perfect. We have owned other refrigerators and this one meets our needs the best. The additional door is expected to reduce our energy costs.

All I can say is that it is running now. There are bad comments from others, but so far it is good. When run the refrigerator, make sure pour out at least 1 gallon of cold water (very dirty because it has been in the refrigeratorsince it got out of the factory).

Thanks to the sales manager Helena for her great recommendation. I really like it no issue so far. I really like it I find it to be energy saving, make ice very quickly. One thing I find that the water filter replacement only last for 2 months.

It works well and does what you have to do (which is obviously food storage, I guess.), but my only small concern is that if you leave one of the inner doors open and close the fridge you can break it, so just be careful. Its too new for me to be able to say if there are any issues in the long run.

Love our new fridge. Its great quality for the price. I love the front door access for our drinks.

Went into the store and was greeted right away and they had exactly what I was looking for. Ordered with ease and when we picked up the appliances they loaded them on my trailer with lots of help. Can’t wait to have them in my new house

Everything I loathed about the old refrigerator (which was only 7 yrs old) has been designed better in this one (location of water filter, ice machine, controls/location of ice/water dispenser) and the outer door which allows access to drinks/frequently accessed items is a nice feature.

Everything works. The issue is the metal surface on the exterior of the bridge. It has these "dents" which you can not see up close but become visible from far when the light reflects on it.

Went on vacation. Upon return the lights were on but the freezer and fridge had both stopped working. Tried the troubleshooting ideas in the manual to no avail. How does a major appliance just stop like this? My last one, an Amana, lasted for 15 years. This one? Less than 2. Went to the local store and they could not find the sale in their ‘system’. I bought it there with the Elite Plus plan. (And It should be in their ‘ system’ since its on my ‘system’...that’s how I’m doing this review.) They give me a phone number to Geek squad even though they are located about 15 ft from customer service in the store... But...of course when I call Geek squad they say they cant help me since I don’t have Geek Squad protection. I ask why customer service at the Waco Best Buy told me to call you… And she says “well I don’t know, I guess they didn’t ask the correct questions.” So another run around. She did give me the phone number to LG. So... called LG and after getting another runaround they are able to fix for free? Hummm... only a years warranty yet they are bending over backwards to fix.? Well.... not so fast... they can fix it for free a week from today.

I'm sure this would have been a great fridge if it ever came in but I ended up purchasing a different one. I ordered this fridge about 6 different times and re-scheduled the delivery date as well.
