The appliance works great. We really like it. HATE THE CREASE ACROSS THE FREEZER DOOR THAT HAPPENED DURING DELIVERY THAT NO WILL CONTACT US ABOUT. ITS BEEN A MONTH SINCE DELIVERY

We are very pleased with our refrigerator purchase at Best Buy. The sales associate was so helpful knowledgeable of all the appliances. We will definitely buy from them again versus the big box stores.

I haven't had the refrigerator a month, but I love it. It runs quietly except for the ice dropping. I enjoy the split door. It allows me to get what I need without going into the refrigerator. It's has a lot of room. My sister loves it more than I do.

Purchased this open box and love the fridge. Not particularly happy about the output of the ice maker thought whenever we have friends over . We run out of ice

This is a very nice refrigerator. The water through the door isn’t the most accessible. The pull-out tray is cheap. Other than that it’s been a good purchase.

Love the refrigerator as it is a beautiful frig and love the door in door feature. Please make sure you not only verify it will fit in the frig hole but that you don't have a door right next to it as the door on the frig won't open all the way.

I love this refrigerator. Ice maker works perfectly. Only issue was, one time ice got stuck, probably our fault. Technician came and used a steamer and kept working normal. Thank you for making such a great frige...

The most challenging part for me was learning to use this device as I've never owned an apple product. I am still learning but am enjoying it at work and for school. The apple pencil is awesome and the keyboard I bought to go with it is so easy to use.

my refrigerator went best buy didn't have it stock but they went out of there way to get it to me the next day I do all my shopping at best buy for appliances cell phones TV's etc warranties are great too

We had a high end fridge with a pull out freezer section on the bottom of the appliance. It was so hard to get things out without digging through the items. I purchased this side by side fridge and absolutely love it. It also saves my back from all that bending I was doing with my other fridge.

Everything about the refigerator is good. Except the third door does not shut on its own. if you do not secure it close it will just stay open and not indicate that it is open. We have gone to bed only to wake to the door still open. You just need to get used to closing the door securely.

I have had the fridge for just a few weeks and the family is enjoying it very much. We had a little problem with the water dispenser that has seem to fix itself. I would like to see a few more shelving options. The quick access door is amazing!

I bought this in the beginning of Dec2020. Works great so far. Personally I don't find it that noisy. I like the reach through refrigerator door. The freezer is wide enough to put in large frozen pizza boxes flat.

We've had this refrigerator since November and so far it is a wonderful refrigerator. We replaced it with a Kenmore that was 17 years old and so far it does everything they said. It has great lighting lots of room for huge items in your refrigerator. Would definitely recommend.

I was not looking to get another side by side refrigerator, however my selection was limited and decided to give it a shot. I was shocked on how much room this product had. I would definitely purchase another.

I’m only giving it 4 stars because we have only had it for a little over a week. So far we really like it. We especially like the door in door feature for easy access to condiments and other things that you get out often.

it works well ,just that the refrigerator size is not cold enough so have to throw food away sometimes and the door does not shut properly once u alway ve to check again to see it is closed

Disappointed on inside size. Can't put a picture of tea or anything tall on top shelf even when lowered to 2nd slot. A bottle of ketchup won't fit on door because of height. Overall disappointed in storage space.

I have only had my fridge installed for a week and the only issue I have thus far is that when getting water, it tends to spill over. Also, still trying to figure out how to pull out ice tray in order to clean and dry it.
