The quality of this refrigerator is awesome, I really like the door alarm. The only thing I would like to have different is a small drawer for like lunch meat and smaller items. Overall great product.

The product was worth the money... works fine. I was wasn't sure of the brand but we purchased an LG Microwave and it is awesome too. I do hate I didn't wait a few days later to use my birthday discount to save more money.

Like the small door to take things out without opening the whole door. One problem , the electric connection on the top of the Refrigerator. When you calculate the space, consider that too.

I love my stove and fridge. I will never shop on your store again. I 2ae lied to about my reward points. If I had know this I would have gone to a different store.

This refrigerator has the finest quality stainless steel finish on the market. The third door is extremely useful and holds a surprising amount of stuff, including gallon jugs.

So far refrigerator is working well. The only problem is the door in a door. You have to make sure you push on it to make sure the latch catches and the door closes.

I love the fridge... getting a unit that wasn't damaged was another story. BB is kind of a joke with delivery and set up

I love this LG Side-by-Side Refrigerator. I love the way I can configure and organized my selves and food according to my needs. I can quickly access my beverage without moving other food items out of the way thanks to the quick access feature designated just for drinks.

I ordered on line and I was amazed how fast everything went. How fast the delivery and when it was delivered how quickly and how polite the young men were. I think I made a good choice purchasing from Best Buy.

LG Refrigerator is really nice, high quality. The delivery went well but the workers scratched my floor, brought in new and took out old one without floor protection?

We have own the refrigerator for about 1 month. Love the front door option. Makes it easier to get to drinks much faster without losing the cold. Makes for more room on the shelving for actual food.

We have received so many compliments on the look of this! Not only do we love how it looks but the extra opening front panel is so nice when you just need to grab something quickly off the door. Runs great and is quiet!

I saw this fridge and I knew what it was I wanted. Haven't had problems so far except the water dispenser likes to work sometimes...and other times it needs a rest. Going to see if this keeps up and if so then I will review it later.

Bought this as a part of a package. Great product and deliver and installation by Best Buy was great. Ice maker is a bit slow on making ice but other than that a great product.

Only complaint is all inside shelves after adjusting, still won't hold bigger items such as 2 liter bottles and my Brita water container. Barely fits a gallon of milk and similar size containers. Overall a very nice fridge though.

Love the energy feature of being able to open just highly used section of fride. Downfall- adds a lot of depth and EZ to not close proply

I do like the refrigerator but I have problems with the first door latch sticking all the time. I have tried cleaning all the seals but I think it is the latch itself. It is hard to open and even guests can't figure it out. I don't think I would purchase another one unless they changed the latch design. If your cooking all day and opening and closing the frig. to get items out of the first door shelves you have a soar thumb from trying to push the latch on the handle.

Love the Thru-the-Door feature. It is useful and convenient. Only downside is that the size of the side-by-side was not big enough for wide items.

Just as amazing as it was at the store. Looks even better in the kitchen. The look is great. The ice & water are great. Really impressive to have this in our home. We might keep it going with other LG products.

Unhappy due to an expensive appliance only lasted 6 days before it broke down. Very disappointing.
