The third door is amazing! I hate side by side, my husband bought a side by side prior this purchase, this is why a went to buy another, came home with another side by side! In Love!

Lots of room for stuff. Great door in door feature. Ice maker in door saves room in freezer. Water in door allows for large vessels to be filled.

It took 3 attempted deliveries to get this refrigerator. The crews you hire to deliver and install are incompetent. No communication. Frig is good.

I have owned this refrigerator for 2.5 years and the compressor has failed (many customers have reported this same issue online). LG replaced the compressor and the “newer one” is loud. Five days after the repair and the freezer is struggling to keep temperatures below 30. Very unhappy with LG. Stay away!!! I am Glad that I purchased the Best Buy warranty.

I bought this refrigerator in July of 2020, by January 2021, it stopped working. LG took 3 days to come look at it, it was fixed by the 4th day, the compressor and main board went out. We ask LG to reimburse us for the loss of food, this refrigerator was only 6 months old. After talking to managers over and over they agreed to send us something, but it didn't cover all the food we lost.

We bought refrigerator at Pacific Sales (Best Buy) and were extremely happy with Steve in sales. Delivery by the Geek squad was fast, careful and complete. They set it up, programmed it and it works great.

Like the fridge we get it at regular price but they said it will be a offer few days later and that discount will be attached to Us and get the discount. But never was no offer so we didn’t get no discount.

arrived and installed as scheduled. great fridge, adjustable cool settings and looks and operates perfect. we are fans of LG in our kitchens. was a great deal in the appliance package

We purchased an LG refrigerator online and set up appointment to install and remove old one. The installers were awesome and they had the whole thing completed in 20 minutes! I would highly recommend Best Buy!

We like this fridge so much that we bought a second for our second home. At first, we thought the ice capacity would be inadequate, but that has not been the case....we have never run out of ice for a party.

The colors of refrigerator are unreal! It is so cool and match with my kitchen. It is very quietly operating.it has so much space that you would expect. I would recommend this product.

Lg has the best products. This fridge has 2 different options for ice, crushed or cubes. You don’t have to wait for either option to come out. The fact that you don’t have to open the fridge door for a beverage is awesome.

I love it. I didn't think I would but it is better than what I expected based on seeing the refrigerator in the store. I guess just viewing in the store never gives you the in house use

Nice fridge. The arrangement inside allows us to be better organized. If the door shelves were able to be arranged differently it would give even more flexibility.

I like it a lot and was happy it was in stock and delivered within a few days. The delivery people were polite and explained everything that I needed to know. great experience

Great fridge and easy set up. Could use a bit bigger compartments but other than that great at keeping food good and maintaining freshness.

Decided to go with a side-by-side since we always end up losing stuff in the bottom of the freezer drawer. The 3rd door option is great for quickly being able to grab those "most used" items without having to open the full fridge door.

I was very happy with the price we paid for our new refrigerator. The downside is being a door on door we did not realize it would come with no-place for an egg drawer or cold cut drawer.

Great fridge and love the condiment access door. It had a noise when i dispensed ice but it went away in time. Thats why i give it 4 stars.

Water dispenser in a funny spot, light does nothing to see where water level is. Door doesnt keep drinks as cold and not enough adjustable draw slots in refrigerator
