Is good, there's a few small things that I don't like, but overall is ok, I will recommend to my friends

Excellent product, well packed and well made. Selection of fridges at Best Buy good and plentiful. Helpful knowledgeable staff following Covid guidelines to the T.

It keeps our items cold. The water and ice dispenser is top notch (as long as you install the water filter correctly... it takes two clicks!). Really nothing more I'd want in a refrigerator.

This LG refrigerator has really been wonderful. The small door is great for keeping drinks and cheeses. If someone wants a drink, they know how to open the small outside door.

This refrigerator is good but it has a big problem, the shelfs cannot be adjusted to your needs like in older models because, is not that you can pick how high and how much separation you can give between the shelfs. is just a glass that you insert in some groves on the plastic material on the inner sides of the refrigerator.

Refrigerate side door tends to want to swing open completely even when you try to keep it partially open. Seems that it may be a hinge/ balance issue.

It’s okay spacious but it also makes noises. Sometimes at night it awakes people asleep.

I purchased this refrigerator 2 years ago. Almost 2 years to the date of my purchase, the fridge quit cooling like usual and will no longer cool anything. A repairman came to look at it... The compressor has gone bad. Seriously, a 2 year old decently priced refrigerator and already a very costly repair. I purchased this product based on current reviews at the time and was not warned of this. I now see it is a recurring problem after reading the latest reviews.

Myself and husband love our purchase best thing ever only thing I would say is that they should have put the water by the ice machine & not in front , sometimes get water in my drink!!

12 month interest free financing helped me decide on this model. Everything works fine a year later except the magnets in the door are a little weak and do not catch to close all the time.

I love it but i would rather have a plain refrigerator with out all the digital buttons if you push the wrong button it can reset the fridge. Too complicated

How about I only get this review 1 time instead of 4. Each time I give it the same 5 stars. But if I get this review on the water hose and refrigerator I will give the poorest rating possible. Thank you.

I really like the features this refrigerator has. It looks nice too. If I could change one thing it would be the water dispenser. I would move the spout out just a little bit to give more room for the cup and not have it so close.

guys showed up, pulled the defective unit, installed the new unit, hooked up everything, made certain everything worked, cleaned up and were gone in about 45 min. very good crew

The height listed in the discription on the appliance didn't take in account a 3/4 inch were the electric cord come out the top of the unit. This caused a issue with hitting the cabinet above

I am giving it a 5 star because so far I am having no problems with it.The customer service at LG doesn't help you if you have an issus unless you pay additional money for service. The people at Bestbuy are very good to me.

Excellent fridge! Saved $200 at Best Buy compared to other places and shipped a full week faster. 3rd door makes it easy for quick access items. 5 stars all around

My salesman Tom was superior.His attention to what my needs were was perfect. No where else did i get the service i needed .Best Buy and Tom are the best buy.

Really great fridge, love the little side door for condiments and milk. Cant go wrong with this and its color is nice.
