I couldn't be more please. The refrigerator is beautiful and it is roomy. I love the easy access door. Water, milk, dressing and small items I can put right on the door!!!

The refrigerator was almost the perfect piece except for a small mistake we made considering the extra space it needed to completely swing open. For the size, look and performance you can't go wrong on this item

The personal that did the delivery, where high profesionals, had no problem with their work. excellent personal. I wish that all the company have people like them.

Cools very well. The in door feature is efficient. Drinks easily obtainable and cold. Slight learning curve with the water dispenser, but doable. Water also nice and cold.

Beautiful fridge and the snack door as we call it, is so handy.

I love the style of my refrigerator! I got it in the stainless but I wish I would have done black stainless. It's way easier to keep clean!

Purchase many many things from Best Buy over the years and never really had any problems with items. Bought this LG refrigerator and it has been nothing but a nightmare refrigerator. We have now lost everything in our freezer side 4 times. A&E factory repair came out last time and replaced the mother board, and they were great to deal with as well. I do not place any blame on Best Buy or A&E repair as they have always treated us well. I do however blame the manufacturer for making such a terrible product. This refrigerator is not even three years old. Now, the fun starts with all the hoops we have to jump through just to get this terrible refrigerator replaced. I was told of coarse, after the fact from many of our friends, never buy LG or Samsung refrigerators. Maybe we just got a lemon with this one, and not a cold one... lol.... Anyways, hope this helps someone else out if they are thinking of purchasing this particular model of LG Refrigerator. Thanks!

Even my kids say this was a great purchase!! How often do kids talk about appliances - but we are all thankful we got this fridge - the easy access...of the outer door.

This refrigerator is great. It looks amazing and we look the partial door for frequently accessed stuff like drinks and condiments.

It took a while for me to decide which fridge I wanted in my new home. The Best Buy team was great from the floor associate to the delivery drivers. I am loving my new fridge, especially the "extra' door!
