I want to side-by-side in this at all of the functions that I needed are present. I would like to see a little more light on the bottom part of the fridge and freezer

Fridge is good but only disadvantage is that magnets do not stick to the front of the fridge.

I’m very happy with our our purchase. Ice storage could be a bit bigger and a drawer for cheese and lunch meat would be nice but not a huge deal.

Love our new frig, there are times when there is a very annoying hum which we can not figure out... thinking it may be vibration noise.

I had a problem when I first installed could not get ice maker to work and called service. Very quick service and Geek guy was very knowledgeable and courteous

So happy with this refrigerator. Freezer is extremely big. The front door access is so easy for my grandson to get his juices.

I love my LG but the only complaint I have is the half front door doesn't close well. I wish it made a noise indicating the door was not fully closed.

Great refrigerator with door in door feature. The ice machine and water buttons being separate is a great perk. Depth of the machine is also great.

The refrigerator was nice, more spacious and easy to pick up frequently used items. The glass seems to be thin than other refrigerators and hope it holds the weight.

Quality products for,our office. Delivery men were great. Setting everything up make sure it’s working and they cleaned up nicely. Great products.

I love it! I don't like the freezer drawers because it's really hard to organize. This side by side is perfect and has so much space! Plus we love the door in door feature!

Nice side by side fridge. Space is a commodity so plan accordingly. The door within a door takes a bit getting used to.

I only hoped, that It would have worked from the beginning. After 5 returns, the sixth refrigerator is working like a charm. An LG customer should not go to the aggravation of having to return a new item so many times in order to get one that works. I originally purchased this item on 05/18/2021 and received the one that works on 07/01/2021. I'm giving BEST BUY (Hialeah Store: Number 0555 063 3872 062821) personnel 10 stars for the service provided and of course for the HUGE discount on the price for the grievance and delays.
