Amazing purchase. I love that’s it’s easy to set up and the features are simple to understand. I love this refrigerator!

Almost a month now am I’m loving this fridge easy access to my drinks keeps my food nice and cool I thank the geek squad for easy installation

Nice refrigerator. Ice maker a little slow and does not store much ice but adequate. I have been pleased with this unit.

Cooling is perfect. Water filter life expectancy not met. Overall very cool freeze. Better if magnet installed for outer door.

My only issue is the shelf spacing in the fridge. The designers should have put more thought into them.

I reported the door in door not working as soon as the refrigerator was delivered. The door will not open. Best Buy was supposed to schedule a replacement to be delivered and call me the next day with the appointment. It has been a month and still no replacement. In top of that, the ice tastes like mildew. We have let the ice maker run and fill the container many, many times but it does not help. So I have a very expensive, brand new refrigerator that I can barely use. Both the refrigerator and Best Buy are total disappointments. Since they failed to deliver goods or services as agreed I am going to dispute the credit card transaction. I’ll never buy another LG products or purchase anything from Best Buy ever again. Their customer service is nonexistent.

Small door doesn’t latch properly. Getting a new replacement but still have not gotten here.

Yeah,it’s cold on the fridge side and freezing on the freezer side.

Very efficient cold and energy saving, every time we forgot closing the door , the music reminder would turn on!

I purchased this LG refrigerator and although it looks pretty, it’s already failed. I purchased end of 2018. There’s no reason the freezer is not freezing causing all the food to spoil. I clean the back with lint and dust regularly to avoid this however this was a bad purchase. I’m hoping once I contact warranty they will fix with out any hassle. I will update after this is resolved. I just wanted to advice you if you thinking about this purchase be ready for a fall after a couple years of use!

This fridge is quiet and it performs flawlessly, we love the gallery door, makes small things easy to get to with out constantly opening the whole fridge and loosing cold air

Awesome new fridge. Setup is easy, but had to remove a few overhead cabinets in kitchen to get it to fit. Check the height before you have it delivered!

The ice maker needs to be able to make more ice everything set to L G specs

All in all this refrigerator works great, only wish it had cold meat area for storage and easy access.

Salesman was great. Delivery crew did a great job getting it in the home; without any issues or damage. Definitely would purchase again!

Great fridge easy access and great quality, only thing I would change is bottom vegetable draw plastic lip comes off.
