    i have not received my items very disappointed on timing it is going 3 months it is very frustrated not happy was told that they would not give me a discount on my purchase after i was told it would be here in a month

    The fridge is great but the water dispenser is so strange because, if it’s not hit the correct way, the water can spill elsewhere or not come out at all. I really wish I could return the fridge for this one annoyance.

    RUN! LG has the Worst Customer Service Ever!

    RUN away from LG as fast as you can! Our refrigerator is only 2 years old and it stopped cooling. It has been 2 weeks and LG has yet to get anyone to out house to look at it and now they are telling us it will be another 3 weeks before they can get anyone out. No refrigerator should stop cooling at only 2 years old and having to wait over a month just for someone to come look at it when it is under warranty is insane. Terrible product and terrible company!
