Why would you have the water dispenser in a place that would drip on the fridge or the floor, every time and if you don't have the glass placed correctly it will shoot out every where.

Purchased this item 3/14/20 and it was delivered on 3/18/20. The technicians were fantastic in getting installed, however on 3/19/20 a.m. all of my freezer items were thawed and some of the food is now usable. I was told I couldn't get a technician until Monday 3/23/20 and couldn't get replaced until 3/25/20. There answer is "Just live without a fridge and freezer for a week" Absolutely ridiculous.

This a awesome product, just dont have best buy install it! After damage to the product and my house i jave tried to contact them about it and get blown off from the store manager and best buy.com.

Clear hard plastic parts broke easily Other than that works well.

even though it measures the same as our old one it doesn't fit into the old spot. We had to cut into the cabinet and will have to cut into the side wall.

Save your money and look for another fridge, for the price you could buy something better. This fridge has been nothing but problems It constantly stops working since I've got It I've had hundreds of dollars worth of food spoil because of this. Both lg or Best Buy offer no help with this fridge by far the worst fridge I have ever owned. Never again will I be buying another lg fridge.

We've had a french door style LG fridge for years. We decided we wanted to upgrade it to black stainless to match the rest of our appliances. Not wanting to break the bank we settled on this fridge due to the chill zone and the larger water and ice fill station. The fridge is the same cubic feet as my old one, but nothing really fits in it. The shelves have two settings each and it's only about 2 inches difference. The crisper section takes up nearly half of the refrigerator space. You can't put a 2 liter bottle of soda standing up in the fridge, it has to go in the chill zone. So by the time you have some lemonade, milk, OJ and a bottle of soda you're totally out of space to put large items. This might work for a couple with no kids, but for our family of 4 it is just too cramped. We are returning it and upgrading to one with french doors.

Unhappy with purchase.The ice maker makes loud noise every 4-6 hours; don’t know why.They had to remove the doors n they damaged it by denting,scratched the doors, they’re still uneven.

This is going to be a replacement fridge. First one we purchased had interior plastic panels that were warped. Called Best Buy. They are sending out a new one. We will see how it goes.

Love the brand beautiful Fridge Nice and all but the model is to small for my family needs so we decided to upgrade to the model. So looking forward
