I liked everything about this refrigerator - the design, the look, the shelving, the ice/water dispenser - everything. But after seven years of operating just fine, it just stopped cooling and freezing. The technician said LG installed compressors that go bad after awhile. They have since redesigned the new compressors but it's going to cost me $600 to pay someone to fix it. The warranty only covers the compressor, not the labor. Choose another brand or you'll be paying twice for this model.

Love everything about this fridge. Keeps food fresh longer; convenience of in door is a plus; spacey; slide out shelves; attractive.

So far so good! My children love the door in door feature because they can easily get their drinks. I love the space inside the fridge.

We really like this product and have gad it for a few months now and they did a great job installing it and even hooked up the water for us. The only down sides are it does smudge easy and the water is at an angle so it has a learning curve to using it because it sprays out and can make a mess. The door in the door is a great feature, freezer works great and the in the door ice maker is a space saver and make more then enough ice for us.

The door in door was the deciding factor in choosing a refrigerator. It is very convenient for grabbing items often used. I was reluctant to buy a unit with the water, ice in door, because of the reviews I've read. So far, so good - hope it stays working well. Keeps my food cold, so I'm not constantly throwing out food that has gone bad. My biggest concern with any appliance is its ability to consistently work for a reasonable period of time. I would give 10 stars for that alone!

We bought this to replace our Samsung. The only complaint I have is that sometimes veggies in the vegetable drawer will freeze if they’re too close to the freezer side. I love the option of the small door for the things that we use frequently. That took a bit to get used to but now I can’t imagine not having it.

When we started looking for a new fridge, we wanted to make sure we thought of how we would use it. With a small child, we know he likes to access the fridge, and the french one we had did not allow him access. This one was perfect for him and us. We love the access panel, but it sometimes does not close and does not indicate it is open. The ice is good, but it does not have a lot of storage, so if you use a lot of ice, you might want to find another unit. We are super happy!

Water dispenser is up high and aims outward. So if you accidentally hit turn button, water will spray out onto your floor. It does not make use of the tray located below. It’s a design flaw. Also the mental has minor imperfections that are easily noticed in the light. Love the door in door feature. The ice maker is small. Other then that, it’s an ordinary fridge that looks cool in Black Steel

Plenty of room for a 3 person household. We have not run into any issues in 3 months. A few things of note: The labels on the water and ice have worn very quickly. The top crisper drawer cannot be opened while the bottom is open. We are happy with our upgrade and hope that it lasts us a good, long while.

Specifications were accurate, runs very quiet and has the ideal space we were looking for. Love the third door feature, so convenient.
