Measurements supplied were right on.Was worried it would not fit into house. I agree with others that the shelve arrangement on the refrig side should have more variety in the doors. Hard to get all the tall bottles arranged. It took a long time for the water to start tasting good. So far runs quite and I am glad to have purchased.

Really nice purchase. Love the black stainless smudgeproof finish. Really spacious. Water and ice in door is really nice feature especially when all the water is filtered in the fridge itself. One gripe is the shelf spacing on the inside is kinda limited and in my opinion could easily be addressed by LG's engineers and designer's.

The only feature I don't like is the water dispenser. The plate to press for dispensing water is flat stainless steel, it is slippery. The water dispensing hole is very close to this flat plate. To press the plate using a wide lipped mug or piece of stoneware, you splash the water on the floor. The same goes for trying to fill a bowl. So now I have to use both hands to get a stream of water, one hand to hold the receptacle so it doesn't slide or drop too low and the other hand to press the plate. The flat plate should have a concave impression to help steady the glass, mug, bowl etc. It is very awkward filling a Mr. Coffee pot or Pyrex measuring cup. Also, the drinking water tank inside the refrigerator holds about 20 oz. of water which in the Phoenix summer means that as the water is replenished as you are dispensing it, the water temperature hasn't had a chance to cool down. 20 oz isn't much water to dispense and then you get the warm water to drink or use a lot of ice to cool it. The rest of the refrigerator is wonderful and I love it.

Replaced an 18 year old refrigerator and have not regretted choosing this model. Price is reasonable for the features and already noticed a decrease in my electric bill. The most satisfying feature is the door in door. Now, I only open the small door 80% of the time instead off opening the whole door. Highly recommended.

i love this refrigerator! My husband was worried it had less space than our previous one, but this held everything and still had lots of room! Love the access door, we put our granddaughter's favs in there. The only issue we had was it made a weird noise for a while from the motor when plugged in, but it stopped after a while.

We love the space it offers. The only problem is that I have a gallon tea container that doesn't fit inside the refrigerator on any shelf because of the positioning of the shelves. the convenient drink or condiment only opening doesn't allow for the gallon jugs to fit well either. Overall we love it but wish these would fit better.

I love the door in door feature. The refrigerator is spacious & I can keep the contents very organized.

This refrigerator was selected because it wasn't overly expensive and offered the features we wanted most. Our previous refrigerator did not have filtered water in the door or a working ice maker, so that was a nice feature. We enjoy the ability to obtain our most used items (milk, condiments, etc.) without having to open the full refrigerator door. On the minus side, the water in the door comes out at an angle, and we have sprayed water on the floor multiple times until we learned where the water jet is. The ice in the ice maker has collected above the dispenser gears and failed to come out, and while relatively easy to fix by removing the bin and knocking it down I didn't feel that should have been required of a new refrigerator (less than one month old.) The external door to avoid opening the full refrigerator is nice, but the latching system does not seem like it will hold up long term. Note that there have been no issues with the latch to date, but it seems less robust than I would like to see. Also if you don't close the outer door firmly, it may not latch. Overall, it is an excellent refrigerator for the money. I did not want to spend $3000 or more for the best refrigerators, and this one is a good choice for the $1500 price we paid. Except for the above noted issues, it might have been given 5 stars.
