Since the Ice is in the door of the Freezer I have more space to organize everything I put in there. In addition we have all of our Waters/Condiments in the Door in Door part of the Refrigerator which leaves more storage space within the inside the Refrigerator which means better organization.

I really like the door in door feature. With my kids & all of their friends here, it's so nice for them to be able to just open that outer door & grab a drink! The only thing I haven't liked is that it can run a little noisy at times.

I just purchased my first house this refrigerator was exactly what I needed because I have a granddaughter and she’s constantly opening up the refrigerator getting juice or something out of it with the door in a door she can get her juice without opening up the actual refrigerator I love it

Great buy. Love the "door-in-door" functionality. We used Best Buys installation services and they were great; excellent communication prior, texting when they were on their way - quick and professional install of the new appliance (including the (existing) water line) and hauling away the old.

I purchased our fridge for our new home and I love it! I really like the door-in-door feature for quick access to our prepped meals. Be sure to measure your doors to ensure it’ll fit through the door. I also like the print proof feature, no smudges! I learned the hard way! I haven’t had any problems with fridge, would recommend.

Not as flashy as the one year old Samsung it replaced but much better. Great ice maker. Makes and stores a good amount of ice. Plenty for our family of 3 we never run out. The ice maker doesn’t leak or freeze up like the last unit. And the ice dispenses fast no waiting. Like I said not as flashy but it does well what you need a fridge to do.

Very satisfied with the product, the price, the sales personnel, the delivery personnel, and the installation, all five. The fridge runs very quietly, and the door access for frequently used items is very handy. Delivery was very quick, just a couple of days, and right on time. Installation was quick and easy, and was completed in just under an hour.

I got this frig because I'm remodeling my kitchen. I was not shopping for one just yet but it was on sale, so I took a chance. So far so good...I would have given a 5 star, but that 3rd door does not shut very well you have make sure it sticks. Other than that it's great!

I absolutely love the size and versatility of our new side by side refrigerator! It is about half again as large as my old refrigerator and we have room to spare and the old one was so crowded. The freezer is so easy to use and find the food you need. I love to take my fingers and run it all over the door and there are no fingerprints. Yeah! Once the ice maker is hooked up we will love it even more.

So far so good. Looks nice. Temperature in fridge and freezer are working perfectly. Ice maker works great. Love the door that we open for fast access to milk and other products. This door really helps, you do not have to open the entire fridge to get milk. The fridge never drops in temp.

Bought the refrigerator for our vacation home that was under renovation. When we went to see our home, the refrigerator was not cooling, no ice and had few scratches. I called Best Buy and was on long phone call until they sent a representative from lg after several days. The scratch remains to be there and refrigerator was fixed. I never expected a new refrigerator be fixed upon first use! Regarding scratch, they cannot do anything with it since it was more than a month since purchase. The box was not opened upon arrival since the kitchen was not done yet. Lesson learned and now I know where not to buy appliances.

Great refrigerator freezer combo. I enjoy opening the very front door just to get sodas or drinks without having to open the entire front door to look inside the refrigerator. Very spacious accommodates everything I need. Ice and water maker or great to fills up pots of water or just glasses your choice. Works great on both. Organize those Soul on the freezer side everything in its right place.

awesome fridge! love how cold it gets! the only issue i ran into was I didn't realize is that you need to add another inch or two to the width because how the doors open, if it doesn't have that clearance it won't open all the way.
