It's nice however it has a load Icemaker, super easy to scratch and noticeable, I only had it for 2 weeks and the door was already acting up. Read the reviews but still wanted to give it a try and sure enough, it was load. Thankfully I was in time to return it. The water and ice dispenser its kind of confusing at times. I returned it for a Samsung similar style and it was way better all the way around. Not worth the value compared to the Samsung model that I have now. PS. The manager from Pac and soo helpful and nice to take care of this return. Recommend Best buy 100% for appliances I just wish they had 5 yrs again on warranty for fridge

We love our new fridge. It’s spacious and the door in door feature is handy when we just need to grab a quick drink. The only thing we don’t like is the position of the water spout. It takes some getting used to. Other than that, everything works great and I’m sure it’ll last us a long time.

Wonderful appliance. Meets my expectations for refrigeration and maximum food storage. Worse problem is my forgetting what products I store in the door-in-door compartment and not a separate refrigerator compartment for raw meats. Minor things overall

Love the refrigerator. Several things I don't care for. The access door does not self close, so have to make sure it closes. The ice dispenser throw crushed ice everywhere. Make sure glass is right up against top and hold a second when done. Water dispenser shoots out beyond refrigerator, must either set glass on tray or hold glass up in front of dispenser. It became a trick to let people get water and water went everywhere. Old LG refrigerator let you put glass up to get ice and and push another button for water without moving the glass. Worked great just to small for bigger glasses. This LG does let you use big glasses. Again, it is fun to watch people get water and water goes all over them.

The door in door is very useful. The space organization seems more efficient than our previous unit. The capacity seems much more than our old one even though the listed cf is only a little more. We are very happy with this purchase so far.

This refrigerator is great so far and we love the door in door feature and side by side fridge and freezer. It's easier than the french doors when you have to bend over all the time for the freezer.

Great size, space ,beautiful and my family love it

black stainless exterior is easy to clean. interior space is huge for a fridge of this size. extra door space and door opening non frozen side is a plus. freezer space is more on this model than my old one which was same size.

I am so happy with my LG DOOR IN DOOR refrigerator. I love the condiment compartment that allows you to get on the door items without opening the whole refrigerator door. Saves on exposing cold items inside fridge to outside temperatures.

Best Buy didn't have it in store, so we couldn't see it up close, but the indoor accessories are similar to other LG refrigerators, so it was okay. The ice maker was different than we've seen, but we like it because it doesn't take up too much freezer space and is enough to fill a small cooler, and the ice cubes are cute.

Me and my family love this fridge! It's especially great for my little boys that love to stare inside for what to drink with the door wide open. Now with just a click, they have all theirs drinks and snacks in the inside door and I don't have to worry about them leaving the entire door open for to long.

Recent purchase so not a long-term review. So far, we LOVE the express door, and the dual levers for ice and water. My grandson was also pleased with the alert when he holds the door open too long. So do I.

Just what I was looking for! It was delivered on the day and around the time window given. I love the fact that I can store my essential items in the small door which I feel saves energy from me opening the entire door of the frig.

Were pleased with this Refrigerator. It works. Makes ice, no problems like the Samsung that this one replaced. We opted for side by side which holds less than the models with the freezer at the bottom.

Very nice frig. Love the doors and access to shelves. Runs very quiet. Id give 5 stars but the icemaker will not fill the tray with water to make a full load of ice. Been unable to get anyone (Best Buy or LG) to fix it. LED lighting is soft but well lit.

We are loving our new LG black slate refrigerator. In addition to looking very sleek, it has tons of storage, very well made an we're looking the extra storage in the door which allows you to access things like drinks, juices, condiments, etc without opening the full refrigerator! Super pleased with this purchase!

The fridge is really good I personally like the fact that it has two pockets on one door so i can fit a lot of things on it like small snacks and drinks I also like how well the fridge cools and freezes my food and drinks.I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The door within a door is what I liked at first. And it really is great. I’m sure it really saves energy by not allowing as much cold air out. It’s also just easier and I like it. Side from that it’s just a really good refrigerator so far . Very happy with it.

Refrigerator lasted 6 years and compressor gave out.

So far so good on the frig. We were a little dissapointed that the black stainless has a different display than the normal stainless. It just looks a lot neater. Other than that the frig is working great. Love the ability to open the front door halfway.
