love the door in door for easy access for going in and out for something cold to drink. Adequate shelf space in the refrigerator and freezer great choice for the price!

The refrigerator has a nice design. Having the additional door for beverage is cool and avoid waste of energy. I would recommend this product based on my experience.

Had my fridge for about a year. So far so good. The fridge gets very cold. (I have to wait a few more years to really see how well it holds up). At first, my guest and children had trouble using the water on the door. That may be an issue at first, but not hard to get the hang of using it. I also wish I could take the ice tray out, but you can't. The shelves do not slide out for easy access, which I wish it did., (my old fridge allowed you to do both). Otherwise, good fridge. Love the color I chose.

I researched several side by side refrigerators and chose this LG model. I am very happy with all of its features and functions. Plenty of room in the freezer. Looks great in our newly remodeled kitchen.

Through the door is so convenient that made me enjoyed my new refrigerator more than the old one I had before, thank you Best Buy gave me the best low price and service.

This refrigerator has so much room for all our stuff!! It’s very organized as week so you know exactly where to put things!! Absolutely love this refrigerator!

The refrigerator and freezer have a good variety of storage. Being able to get to essentials quickly is a great feature. And the water dispenser can work with any size cup or pitcher.

I would say one of my best purchases. LG fridge looks awesome. We just had it for a month, so far so good. Small opening is very convenient to get dairy products, etc. Fridge has all the shelves I needed and it is quiet.

We really like the third door to be able to get out your most used items without opening the full door and letting all the cold air out!

I was debating on getting another side by side or a French door... I am so glad I got a side by side with the door in door!!! It has plenty of room and the door in door is the best! I love my LG

We weren’t too sure of buying the side by side refrigerator but we’re glad we did. It’s very efficient, easy to use and the Black Stainless Steel is beautiful.

Replaced our 15 year old 26cu ft refrigerator with this LG 26cu ft model. This model has an excellent use of space allowing more storage than prior model with the same cubic feet capacity.

The in-door ice maker is great. Much better than a big bulky unit that takes up a large section of the freezer. The door-in-door shelf access is quite a bit more useful than I thought it would be.

This refrigerator/freezer is great. Lots of drawers and shelves, plus the extra door shelf is a nice feature. It lets you know with a chime if a door is left ajar. Very happy with my purchase.

Would definitely recommend it to a friend. Did not care for best buy customer service. Delivery is not provided by best buy. Love the product but you can buy it anywhere!!!!!!

The product looks great. It would be nice if the upper part of the interior door also opened up. It is the same size as our old fridge but this is so much more spacious.

Overall we like the unit however it has problem with the fixed shelf hight inside which won't permit 2 liter bottles or gallon orange juice bottle to reside in the large compartment, delegating them to live in the from door area. This are however is limited in space and can't hold too many of these. One gallon of milk and OJ with a smaller 1/2 gallon of cream is about its limit. Otherwise it works great and is energy efficient.

A couple features we really like: the ice machine is entirely contained in the door leaving more freezer room, and the partial door for commonly used items - which helps save energy and keep it cool.

Refrigerator has great looks, super function. The side by side with 1/2 door is also an outstanding feature. The black stainless is a great look and matches well with other alternate color appliances.

Overall happy with this refrigerator. It works nicely, keeps things cold and frozen as it's supposed to. The water and ice dispenser is super convenient and easier to use. The outside was delivered with s couple of small dents and small paint chip up top. I would have liked the fridge part to have been a bit wider inside and I don't like that the way the doors are affixed cause the fridge top to not be flat across.
