Family of 5 and needed a new fridge. This was perfect. Love the front storage door. Can fit a bunch of items as well as 2 gallons of milk comfortably to free up space in the main part of the family fridge.

Love this unit. Looks fantastic. Everything works flawlessly and it's easy to operate. Tons of interior space and love the convenience of the outer door to store frequently reached for items.

Love the refrigerator, especially the door-in-door feature. However, the spacing for the interior shelves are not tall and make it difficult to store larger items.

I'm giving it 4 stars cause the third door takes a little slamming to close fully but other than that it is a awesome product.

The arrangement of the shelves and storage set up is nice. My wife loves how easy it comes apart to clean. The in door water and ice maker work great. A very good refrigerator.

The fridge works great. The ice machine makes cubes that are smaller than I'm used to. Thats not a bad thing. It runs very quietly.

The LG refrigerator is great. We really like the outer door that can also be opened from the inside as well. Overall a great fridge!

Seems to be a good purchase, love the color and the extra door for quick access to items like the creamer or condiments is really nice

I especially love the outside door feature and the overall design. I’m still getting used to how the water is dispensed it’s different.

I have really enjoyed my side by side refrigerator with the extra little door - much more so than the double door with the 2 bottom drawers - It was a smart purchase

The first fridge that was delivered had a water line that was leaking from under the freezer door. This was replaced by Best Buy within 4 days but the second one couldn't be installed completely due to the lack of knowledge of the delivery personnel that did the installation. Best Buy had to send a special technician to handle this who came in and turned on the water but didn't attache the water filter and test the flow of the water. I had to call LG customer service when I came home late that night and install the water filter. When the water filter was installed and I ran the water at the dispenser, and even \when the cup was taken away, the water didn't stop and kept on spurting through. Called LG and reported this on Friday night and LG was able to get a technician to the house on Saturday. He confirmed that this was a bad refrigerator for the second time. It's Sunday night and I haven't heard from either LG or BestBuy as to what they are planing to do with this model.

This unit is great for the lessor costing side by side style. The ice maker is great and the through the door easy access to the fridge area is really great.

Absolutely love this color and fridge! One of the best purchases that I have purchased. Thank you for allowing easy shopping during this crisis that is going on.

I was told that LG refrigerators are good, so I purchased this for my new home from Brandon Best Buy. sales person who handled this purchase was great. Purchase and delivery went smoothly. Prize was great too! Only worry I have is, since two weeks I am getting a weird sound from inside the fridge, which I never experienced with any of my previous refrigerators of different make. Hope this will last for awhile!

Very nice and spacious refrigerator, that allows. More room store food as well as the freezer.

Good dependable refrigerator. Need to be careful you don't overload the door compartment. Plenty of space in both refrigerator and freezer.

The door in the door is what sold me. the one disappointment is there is not a small drawer for cheeses and slice deli-style meats.

Not only does this look great in black stainless steel, but I love the doors on this refrigerator. You can access the right side of the refrigerator completely, or you can just open partial door.

I love my new fridge,the color is beautiful and it cleans easily and the lighting inside is so bright and I would recommend this to other people.Great price too!

This refrigerator is exactly what we were looking for. It is roomy inside. Only downside is we can't put magnets on the front only the sides.
