    I always felt picking a perfect refrigerator is difficult. For some reason, this was an odd shopping experience. The minute I saw this refrigerator I made an immediate decision. So happy that I did. Bestbuy staff were excellent in going over all features & benefits. This is by far the best refrigerator i ever bought.

    I am not impressed with this refrigerator. I was very excited with the door-in-door option. However, it turned out to be more hassle. You have to be very careful closing the door otherwise it will not close all the way in. If you have children in the house you have to constantly keep checking after them if the door-in-door is fully closed otherwise you are risking your refrigerator door to be open all the time. Also the push button to open the thru-door is very loose and looks it get even looser over time. Also, the water dispensing is bad. It comes through a small weird opening. Overall I wish I went with different refrigerator.

    What can I say, from the moment I saw this product in stores I have read up on it and really liked it. The refrigerator itself is great. I like the side by side style more than French doors because you're able to see all that is in your fridge and freezer. Shopping at Best Buy, on top of that, was hassle free and a great buying experience. Installation was smooth and purchasing the protection plan gives me piece of mind.

    We just bought this refrigerator and upon delivery noticed that it wasn’t cooling immediately. Called LG customer service to troubleshoot and they kept insisting we needed to wait 24-48 hours for it to cool. Well after two days the refrigerator still wasn’t working. We ended up having to return it to Best Buy. After some research we realized that this model has a class action lawsuit for the exact same problem- not cooling. It would’ve been nice if we were forewarned about this issue. If we would’ve known this beforehand we would’ve never bothered purchasing this in the first place. Save yourself the stress, time and energy and go with another model.
