The refrigerator itself is great. I like the side by side style more than French doors because you're able to see all that is in your fridge and freezer. Shopping at Best Buy, on top of that, was hassle free and a great buying experience. Installation was smooth and purchasing the protection plan gives me piece of mind.

I was very excited with the door-in-door option. However, it turned out to be more hassle. You have to be very careful closing the door otherwise it will not close all the way in. If you have children in the house you have to constantly keep checking after them if the door-in-door is fully closed otherwise you are risking your refrigerator door to be open all the time. Also the push button to open the thru-door is very loose and looks it get even looser over time. Also, the water dispensing is bad. It comes through a small weird opening. Overall I wish I went with different refrigerator.
