    As my husband and I worked together to install this refrigerator due to the Geek Squad not having competent staff who could do it, I feel that this was a good bargain and would purchase again but not from Best Buy without assurance that the delivery team was up to the task of installing it.

    I always felt picking a perfect refrigerator is difficult. For some reason, this was an odd shopping experience. The minute I saw this refrigerator I made an immediate decision. So happy that I did. Bestbuy staff were excellent in going over all features & benefits. This is by far the best refrigerator i ever bought.

    We just bought this refrigerator and upon delivery noticed that it wasn’t cooling immediately. Called LG customer service to troubleshoot and they kept insisting we needed to wait 24-48 hours for it to cool. Well after two days the refrigerator still wasn’t working. We ended up having to return it to Best Buy. After some research we realized that this model has a class action lawsuit for the exact same problem- not cooling. It would’ve been nice if we were forewarned about this issue. If we would’ve known this beforehand we would’ve never bothered purchasing this in the first place. Save yourself the stress, time and energy and go with another model.
