    There have been a lot of complaints about this refrigerator regarding the shelving layout. The biggest complaints are that the shelves don't allow for you to put bottles of soda on them. What I found is the space on the door within a door is more than enough for large bottles. The refrigerator has worked great and I have not had any issues with the functioning. I would recommend it to anyone.

    This fridge provides our household with plenty of space for our food. We love the ice and water maker and also the black stainless finish because it's easy to clean. Best Buy's delivery & installation service was the best appliance service we've ever had! Professional, quick, and sufficiently communicated with us.

    The product is GREAT! The delivery/install was GREAT! The price was the same as every other store. I had a tax issue to take care of before delivery and the Blasdell, NY would NOT answer the phone! I had to drive an hour each way to the store to get a simple issue resolved! NOT HAPPY!

    love it !! The only complaint I have it that the small door doesn’t shut very well. You have to make sure it clicks and catches ... It may also have a setting for an alarm for when it’s open. I just haven’t taken the time to see. But that would be a great setting to se.

    the delivery guys were extremely professional. I have not see the fridge make any noise that other people have been complaining about . I took off one star because the ice maker does not seem to turn off but that may be because I am not doing something right. will call best buy and see what the issue is

    I love this fridge! It has been great aside from a little damage on the doors, it was hard to find a fridge with French doors and not a pull out freezer. This fridge has the best in both worlds. Only complaint, the fridge doesn’t beep if left slightly open, you need to make sure it’s closed!
