    Purchased LG referigerator and Microwave. LG referigerator had problem with freezer and was replaced with a new one. Had thesd for only two weeks Perscila at Clearwater store was very helpful. Installers were good.

    I am very excited and happy with this new fridge. I personally like how the whole left side is a freezer and you don’t have to bend over for ice or to get something from the freezer, unlike those other fridges. Plus is it surprisingly less expensive than the others.

    product and delivery were perfect, the only thing is that I returned the water kit with the delivery guys because I'm using the one from my old refrigerator but I'm still waiting for the credit refund. Other then that everything ok. Thank you

    Only thing I'm not that happy about is the locations of the shelves. You can't adjust them to were you want them. You can't fit a soda bottle up right. You have to lay it down flat.

    Love the fridge and the service was excellent. I always buy my appliances from Best Buy. I love this fridge because while the freezer drawer looks nice and fancy, we had major issues with our old fridge so having the freezer on the side with a water dispenser is so nice. And great price!

    So far really love this fridge! The front door partial access works really well for us. Fits perfectly in the space provided. With Best Buy's 5 year extended warranty I think we're in good shape for a while!

    We are really enjoying this product. Finding new ways to use the thru-the-door feature. The Geek Squad men were terrific. They removed the old refrigerator and installed the new. They were very professional. They gave me a tour of the new refrigerator and explained most of the features.

    Originally had picked a French door model, but hesitated because I wasn't sure I would like the bottom freezer. Sales guy said his aunt had this one and he loved it. That's all I needed, a little encouragement, because I had been eyeing this one, too. Glad to have it. Very roomy and a bigger than usual freezer compartment. Happy all the way around.
