The styling of the refrigerator is great, the small beverages door is a great thing to show off. The only thing I don't like is that the water is dispensed too close to the button and can make a mess.

I only had this refrigerator for a month but so far I am very satisfied with it. The refrigerator seems to keep vegetables and meat fresh and longer than my old one. I also like the convenience of having quick access door.

So much room!!! And the touchscreen water and ice is amazing!!

Wanted a black refrigerator and this was the only model in stock in my price range. I could not place my magnets on the front only the side of the refrigerator. The left door and right door and not aligned when closed-side by side.

Set up was a breeze. The refrigerator is beautiful and well designed

Hard to explain how much I dislike this refrigerator. I thought the small separate door would be a nice feature. But it takes so much space away from the main compartment, that there is no place to put anything large, without rearranging the entire frig. I would give anything to not have spent so much money on a frig that I will detest until it dies. So much money... for a refrigerator that is very difficult to work with. If I were going to save any money by only opening the small compartment for frequently used items, I'll lose many times that amount of energy/$ by having the door open to rearrange the refrigerator every time I need to add something or find something. Frustrating!!!

Love this product. Set up and delivery were fast. Lots of room for everything. I only have one issue with it. The door swings all the way open. That’s a problem when your hands are full. Think about putting a spring or something to keep that from happening.

overall, good fridge - when i get a non-defective product! unfortunately, out of 3 delivery attempts only 1 was an actual working unit. but it is very spacious.

I love the look and LG appliances is already tested because I have Dishwasher, Washing Machine and our Dryer is all LG. I had been using it for almost ten years already no problem yet. That why I chooses LG again for our Ref. Hope it last like our other LG appliances.

Love the pass through door for drinks/milk. Very convenient.

Side by sides being replaced by bottom freezer types. Most Bottom freezers just a pile on its self. Side by side helps us differentiate frozen food types. Nice deep veggie and fruit sections. Doesn't have deli section draw. Outer french door for grab and go is great. Outer water/ice dispenser needs slightly better engineering but adequate

I'm a big fan of LG and once again they have not disappointed with this refrigerator. I have an OLED TV from LG and about to get a washer and dryer also LG from best buy!! Love the interior and the state of the art controls. We love the small access door for the most used items conserving energy!!

I like everything about this refrigerator. I’ve had it for about a month now and so far so good, the only thing that is a bit different to me is how the water dispenses out you have to use both hands. One to press the water and one to hold the cup. The water shoots out at a diagonal way.

I was hesitant in buying a side by side refrigerator over a French Door refrigerator, but the price and freezer/refrigerator capacity was to good to pass up. I'm also very please with the ice maker capacity and how quick it makes ice. This is much better than my previous LG French Door refrigerator and it was less in price.
