I had been using it for almost ten years already no problem yet. That why I chooses LG again for our Ref. Hope it last like our other LG appliances.

I have contacted best buy on line and have received no response.

I’ve had it for about a month now and so far so good, the only thing that is a bit different to me is how the water dispenses out you have to use both hands. One to press the water and one to hold the cup. The water shoots out at a diagonal way.

Seriously dislike this refrigerator

I thought the small separate door would be a nice feature. But it takes so much space away from the main compartment, that there is no place to put anything large, without rearranging the entire frig. I would give anything to not have spent so much money on a frig that I will detest until it dies. So much money... for a refrigerator that is very difficult to work with. If I were going to save any money by only opening the small compartment for frequently used items, I'll lose many times that amount of energy/$ by having the door open to rearrange the refrigerator every time I need to add something or find something. Frustrating!!!

I have an OLED TV from LG and about to get a washer and dryer also LG from best buy!! Love the interior and the state of the art controls. We love the small access door for the most used items conserving energy!!

I looked everywhere to be able to get a great value in a few days and it was delivered in 3 days. My entire family loves it. We put it on our best buy card and got 24 months financing with 0 interest! Thanks Best Buy!

Side by side helps us differentiate frozen food types. Nice deep veggie and fruit sections. Doesn't have deli section draw. Outer french door for grab and go is great. Outer water/ice dispenser needs slightly better engineering but adequate

The only doubt fault is where the water and ice are set up. It’s really hard to put the glass under to fill the glass. It goes on the floor if not careful.
