Great experience with the online agent to get me the best price. After having the 26 Cu.Ft. French InstaView Door-in-Door refrigerator for several weeks, we love it. The dual ice makers keeps the ice flowing when having family gathering. LG makes a great product and the Best Buy customer service was excellent.

Overall I’m very happy with this refrigerator. Quality and functionality are very good. Looks great. The only issue I have is in the door shelf sizes. There’s only room for 3 half gallon cartons or large bottles without removing a shelf or laying some items flat/down. My shelves are full of other items. Might just take some getting used to. Happy with my purchase though.

Love this refrigerator; French InstaView Door is perfect where you can store items you use most everyday, i.e. milk, juice, butter, cheese, ketchup and do not need to open refrigerator door completely, saving on energy and items always in front of refrig. Freezer is of ample size to store items.

Only had it for about a month but no complaints so far. I love the extra ice maker in the freezer. Both the ice and the water come out at a decent speed and the ice doesn't splatter all over the floor like some fridges. The beverage door is handy to have and the fingerless finish is nice. I would definitely recommend this fridge.

We love our new appliance. Read all reviews if considering a purchase. Some people complain about the loudness of the ice maker, it is noticeable if you pay attention. It wasn’t a deal breaker for me and I don’t mind the noise. I absolutely love the large space inside both the frig and freezer compartments!

We have had this fridge for a couple of weeks now and have been happy so far. The fridge hold temp well, is a descent size (though we opt'ed for the smaller cu/ft because of the depth of the counter).

We love the double door feature with the knock to wake light. The dual ice maker is also a great addition. The filter location is convenient for when its time to be changed. On our old fridge the filter was at the bottom and you had to get on your hands and knees to unscrew it. None of that anymore.

Unrealiable parts. Freezer evaporator fan motor died after 25 months. Meaning 1 year and 1 month after LG warranty expired and 1 month after Best Buy's 24 month protection expired. LG Warranty/Support was basically useless, directed me to 'qualified' LG technicians that quoted me $500+ for the fix due to 'fans not being sold separately." Replacement fan motor was a completely DIFFERENT and upgraded part because the company has DEPRECATED the original fan motor due to it being too small, underpowered, and unreliable. This should've been a replacement that LG directly sends to ALL buyers for FREE and schedule free service repair. This was your manufacturing mistake LG, not to be passed on to consumers. Absolutely shameful, will never buy another LG fridge ever. All that being said, when the fridge does work, features are nice, and fridge is very spacious. However the window in the door a a real gimmick, can't leave any milk/dairy products in the drink compartment as it will spoil rather quickly.

We had originally chosen another refrigerator. However, it wasn’t able to fit up the stairs. So we opted for this refrigerator and have been very happy with it. We haven’t played with all the bells and whistles. But overall it does a good job and is highly functional.

Very Happy. We upgraded from an old side by side. I found with the new fridge we were wasting a lot less food. My 2 year old toddler loves the instavue window. We keep snacks in there for her to chose from. We never run out of ice with the Dual ice makers. We should have upgraded sooner.

Great features - crushed and cubed ice plus water from door and second cubed ice maker in freezer for parties or extra ice immediately. Knock door to check frequently accessed items and keep the other items in the refrigerator cold.

I am very happy with this refrigerator. I especially like the versatility of its available space and the convenience of two ice-makers. Most importantl to me, it passes my test of “Does it keep the milk cold enough for me, even in the door?” Yes. It does.

The refrigerator is awesome . There is no doubt about that . I am giving the highest stars for the geek squad team who installed the fridge . True professionals, did what was required to get my fridge to the right place . Great job done team and thank you LG for an awesome product.

A little on the pricey side but so far a great fridge. Very spacious on the inside, dual ice is a good plus, the only issue has been the water filter that came from the factory. I had to replace it because the water and ice tasted horrible even after breaking jt in
