The most I like of this item is the huge space, you can put many things inside. It works well. There are two things I don't like: 1, you can't adjust the high of the shelves; 2, the middle drawer can be opened only when you open both doors, issue can be solved, I think, by dividing if into two separate drawers.

I am very happy with our purchase! I did a lot of research before making this purchase. I have to say I was worried about the room in the freezer, not to worry plenty of room! Oh and the enormous room in the refrigerator part!!!

Had the fride for a month. So far so good. Like door in door. Refrierator compartment much more roomy than our previous side by side. Slide out freezer tubs not as convenient as side by side shelves but capacity is greater.

Love the door in door feature. Instead of opening the full fridge and wasting electricity continuously. I never realized how often we open the the fridge. It also has a very nice look to it.

Love it so far. Knock feature to turn on light in the door in door to show items inside is fun and an instant hit with kids and adults alike. Much better organization of items compared to our older side by side model.

Wonderful refrigerator! So easy to use and so much room. Love the door in door and the wide open shelves of the top. Also the smudge resistant surface seems to really work! Haven’t cleaned it after a month as it looks new.

Great fridge so far we are enjoying the in-door ice maker with the second ice maker in the freezer. The "insta-View" door for ready service items is very convienent.

Great fridge. It has a lot more space than I thought (I bought online without seeing the fridge in person) I have the fridge for over a month now, but unfortunately the water and ice taste it is still terrible. Tastes like plastic and it's undrinkable.

We are really enjoying this refrigerator. The door-in-door feature is especially useful. It is such an update compared to my old refrigerator. The fact that we bought it on sale at Best Buy made it a exceptional value.

I bought this fridge because the one in my house broke suddenly. I was impressed with the quickness of delivery available and it being in stock. I am happy with my purchase. Space for everything in this fridge.

All three handles were bent when Geek squard installed my LG Refrigerator. I Paid the entire price for Refrigerator and water supply line that was not needed. I was told by Andy Geek Team leader that the water line would be refunded. And someone should be calling for approx handle replacement. Geek team were very professional and installed quickly. Geek squad could not tell me when Best buy would be returning to install new handles (3 each). I receive weekly emails from best buy but not one phone call to inform me when handles would be installed.

The French Insta View Door-in-Door Refrigerator is great! The Door-in-Door allows my kids to have easy access to their drinks & snacks without opening the doors to the main Refrigerator. I love it!

It's a good-looking refrigerator. It's a little noisy when preparing for ice and the left door slams shut. When you close the door, you need to hold the handle, so it won't slams shut making a lot of noise.

This refrigerator is sleek looking and large on the inside. The freezer has plenty of space as well. I would prefer the drawer in the freezer to pull out full & to have more shelf flexibility. Other than that, it was a good choice.

I love this refrigerator. It is perfect size with great compartments and no smudge mark stainless steel finish. Delivery and installation was fast and professional! Very happy

1) The ice from the ice maker tastes bad, although the water is fine. We have been getting mixed information from multiple customer service reps at Best Buy and LG about how to place a service call - with Best Buy Total Tech protection or with LG under warranty. Had 1 service call already, did not fix the problem. Pending another upcoming call. 2) The right refrigerator door does not stay open. 3) The shelves are not tall enough for taller items, even when adjusted. 4) The glass door does not keep items as cold, so need to be careful what we store in there.

Great Fridge!! you will need to do some adjustments to the shelves unless you don't use full-size bottles of things like milk, OJ or Soda, Definitely, a great fridge if looking to update your kitchen.

Upgrading from a side by side, there is so much space in this refrigerator! The door-in-door makes it convenient to reach the most-used items. One design note - the top-most compartment in the door-in-door is disappointingly small and hard to access.

So I've only had this refrigerator for 2 weeks, but so far so good. It's spacious and quiet. Hopefully it will last along time. I would definitely recommend this fridge.

Amazing refrigerator, the window door opens easily. The freezer has easy accessibility and opens with ease and has plenty of room , Best Buy delivered it on time !
