We changed out from a standard French door fridge to this with similar storage space and this has by far exceeded our needs that looks like it’s empty the majority of the time. The mobile ThinQ features work great as well.

The refrigerator goes well in our kitchen, the team that delivered and set it up was very good and helpful. We have enjoyed having a nicer and more friendly refrigerator

Much much better than my last refrigerator. I love the separate French doors. And the water dispenser really can accomplish almost every container, Pasta pies, coffee pots, etc!

Love my fridge. I originally purchased the model without water dispenser and it was roomier inside. Stain resistant stainless steel great for my family of five.

Fridge is very deep but shelf’s don’t slide so things get lost in the back. Doors close in you which would be ok so you don’t leave them open, but they actually close all the way. So all they ate is annoying and the half-closing serves no purpose. Also the doors don’t open very wide at all so you basically have to hold it open every time you get something which means you only have one hand. You can’t leave the light on at the water dispenser. It only comes on after you engage the dispenser. Definitely would not buy this if I knew what I knew now

We've only had this for a few week but love it so far. We researched several brands before buying and this met our needs. It was available when we needed it and delivered as promised.

Love this fridge! It has everything we want and more. If you use the app with it you’ll be able to see how much it can actually do. I have no complaints at all. Only positive!

So far, this French door refrigerator is everything I was looking for. The black stainless is very rich and fits the opening set up when I remodeled my kitchen two years ago.

I love this fridge although I was under the impression that this model produces the round ice balls but it doesn’t!It is still a very good deal and good fridge!

The product was a good choice. Everyone that assisted with my purchase of the refrigerator and deliver and set up were professional and courteous.

We like the frige but are waiting for it to be replaced not until Feb 5. The water and ice cubes are not filtering properly. It's very inconvenient to keep buying bottled water when we have paid so much for the product and now paying for our drinking water also

The LG refrigerator we got from Best Buy is very efficient that keeps our food fresh. My son showed me how I can knock at the glass door and it showed me the items. Good experience!

Fridge is spacious as well as a good sized freezer. It also has a nice look with the stainless steel and the glass window.

My Dream refrigerator. The guys that delivered this did the best to place it where I wanted it to be. Now it's the center of my kitchen. Works Awesome.

Love it! It has made life so much easier and saved my back!!! The best part is the door to view what is inside before opening.

The door in door makes it really easy to get things like milk or juice. The large freezer drawer gives great storage.

This refrigerator is amazing. I would Recommend it to anyone looking to buy LG brand. Plus, it is very quiet and love all the bells and whistles that come with it.

So far so good (around 30 days). Minor design/use changes would be more ergonomic and functional. eg. more shelf adjustments and the handles for the drawers should be on the top (not the bottom).

A great refrigerator!! Keeps food properly cold, does a super job with fruits, and the east access door is perfect!
